“I decided to treat myself and come on a little solo vacation. This is such an accommodating warm spot. Evan and the whole staff treated me with such kindness as I was dining by myself in the busy summer season the mussels were amazing ! The lobster bisque is not to be missed and the local Winery three thieves was delicious. I recommend this place highly !“

“We were here visiting and found this little place outside Newport and it was amazing! We had two lobsters and steamers the servers were great. It's very laid-back fun atmosphere.!! Definitely five stars!!“

“I think Longplex Kitchen is a real gem. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Food is better than expected for a pub atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Probably one of the most underrated places if you're just looking to get a meal with no drama or pretentious air. I'm sure we'll walk in someday when they're slammed but my absolute favorite thing is the speed and convenience. Stroll in, seat yourself, drinks within minutes, entree within 20 minutes.“

“Once again an excellent experience at La Moulin Rouge! Classic French cuisine in a cozy country setting. Plus the staff went the extra mile keeping the restaurant open during a frigid winter night! Our server Sam was on point timely and new the menu without when asked questions! Well worth the drive to visit this New England classic!!“

“Stephanie was an exceptional bartender—easily one of the best servers we've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which made a huge difference for us. Her attention to detail was impressive, from promptly changing out silverware between courses to keeping our drinks filled without us ever needing to ask. The food was outstanding! The carpaccio was the best we’ve had, and the gluten-free s’mores dessert was absolutely delicious—a perfect ending to the meal. The atmosphere had a great vibe with stunning views, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!“
