“My go to in Fall River ❤️ best tasting coffee and the service is always A1 !Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place. The lady’s always ask her directly for her order which my daughter loves and they have a whole kids menu that isn’t just a burger or nuggets!“
“Great spot to grab some Polish food while also staying true to its Fall River roots. Has a bar and a large seating area with a homey vibe. Their menu is focused on pierogi (some authentic and some more Americanized), but also features other Polish dishes like golabki, kielbasa, and kapusta. They have several sample plates on the menu where you can mix and match. I got an international pierogi sampler, most of them were fantastic and while I was less impressed with some, particularly the French one, they were all good. We also had their cookie dough pierogi for dessert, they were very rich and delicious. In addition to the food, they also have some Polish beers along with the usual options you'll find in the area. Service was great, Patti came out to check on how our meal was. Prices are also reasonable, and they allow mixing and matching with the pierogi so you can sample a lot for a reasonable price. Definitely a unique spot that's worth a try!“
“I bought a fish and chip to go with a spaghetti and meatballs dinner also. The spaghetti dinner was fine but the fish n chips were terrible. The fish was dry and the fries were soaked with oil and limp. The ends of the fish was curled up like they spent too much time under a heat lamp . I have tried to get in touch to complain but no one is answering the phone. What's up with that?“
“I love going to Barretts after going out and finishing the night there and even going there for dinner before heading out for the night. Great food and service in an awsome building with amazing woodwork and tons of t.v.s. I will continue to visit Barretts regularly.“
“This cozy little place is amazing. I have been here three times in three weeks. I had never been here but this place will be my go to for breakfast with no doubt. Thank you for being so nice and always refilling my coffee lol the food is always so good fresh and just delicious.“
“Myself and my husband went for dinner tonight with our 16 month old daughter and I have to say, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our child. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Not only that, but the food was incredible! Tasty, different, fresh, and served pretty quickly especially considering it’s the weekend and typically busier. I’ve been here before but every time I come back it’s even better! Thank you!!“
“Best Fish & Chips in the area. The Buffalo shrimp pasta is outstanding. The ordering is a little strange. The bar is separate from the restaurant so you order your drinks from one person and food from another. It's not fancy but the food is outstanding and a good price.“
“Excellent service and even better food. It was somewhat cold and drizzling so no outside dining but great views of the seaside, battleship cove and Braga Bridge. Had the stuffed quahogs for appetizer. Oh so good. The main course was the Cove Cod. Superb!!! Cooked fresh cod, succulent throughout with red potato halves, littlenecks, onions, bell peppers and diced chouriço in a delicious properly balanced spicy wine broth. Did I mentioned it was excellent. My wife had the grilled swordfish and our friends had the blackened salmon and Portuguese steak. All were superb by the comments of each. Highly recommend. The only negative at the moment, there is construction and one way traffic for several miles. Pay attention for the entry to the parking area. With the construction it is difficult to distinguish. If it is missed the only option is to go around again and it will take several miles.Parking: Current construction on road makes the parking lot entrance difficult to distinguish. Pay attention. Currently one way traffic with lot of construction activity. If the entrance to parking is missed no alternative to going around and that takes several miles.“
“We went there for a Christmas party and it was not disappointing. The Portuguese food was delicious with nothing negative to say about any of it. We had buffet style so we got to taste many of their dishes and deserts. Definitely on our list for good Portuguese food dining.“
“I have been eating here since I was a kid that lived a couple of blocks down. I always get the steak with fries, rice, and an egg and it’s delicious every time. The staff here are always sweet and treat the customers well. It’s an awesome place to be and I treasure it every time!“
“Tried their food multiple times and they're consistently delicious! They make a killer gyro, their fries are tasty and crisp, and they have corn nuggets! Service has been quick and friendly each time we've been, and the prices are good as well.“

“Culinary specialties unique to Fall River include the chow mein sandwich and the hot cheese sandwich. As someone of Chinese descent, I know the chow mein sandwich has nothing to do with real Chinese cuisine, so that's something I'm not missing out on. The hot cheese sandwich, though? Sure, I'll give it a try. Here at Graham's, you'll find a focused menu that includes burgers, dogs, fries, and, yes, hot cheese sandos, which are hamburger buns that hold ladles of goopy cheese sauce, on which you can add condiments like relish and onions. At $3.50 each, they were an inexpensive, comforting treat reminiscent of a Sloppy Joe's in texture - just with cheese. I'll take that! Similarly, a hot dog topped with cheese was a delightful mix of savory flavors and creamy and meaty textures. Service was friendly and efficient. The exterior is easy to miss as it blends in easy with surrounding houses, and the interior is a modest, rustic, old-school affair complete with schoolhouse chairs with built-in tables, a portrait of JFK, and a Droste-effect painting that has to be seen to be believed. A solid, local, independent find!“
“Haven't been to Barrett's Ale House in years because it wasn't as welcoming and clean as it should have been. We returned to see if there's been an improvement and I'm happy to say they have! We went in for the Greek pizza and the fish and chips. Jayda, our waitress was very nice and efficient as she was very attentive. The fish and chips were very delicious and fresh. A light batter, which I always look for and the pizza was amazing! Our first time trying this and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend. We will be sure to return!“
“Service was phenomenal our waitress was awesome she was swamped and all by herself but still made sure to greet me and my children right away and was kind uplifting and courteous and in great spirits.Parking: East parking with lots of spaces very close to buildingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and the waitress was very attentive to the kids at the table“
“The breakfast was ok . pancakes were great. Hash browns not worth the price. We did have such a great waitresses,Robin! She always is attentive to all your needs whether it be a refill on a coffee or just checking in to make sure everything's okay. She is so pleasant and makes it an enjoyable visit to Denny's .“
“Always a good feed and experience at the 99. This location is no exception to the rule. Conveniently located with plenty of off-street parking and good security lighting at night. Was a little quieter than I expected today on St. Patrick's day, but I'm sure the party was just getting started that early in the day.Vegetarian options: LimitedParking: Lots and lots. You can park a truck hereKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“We went with some friends to sample some traditional Portuguese for lunch. The bar was hopping and the dining room had 5-6 tables occupied. We sat and were greeted by a very pleasant server- Isabelle? The tables were a little sticky. We enoyed the cod croquettes and the queijo fresco with gorgeous fresh bread to start with. The cheese was so light and creamy - it was a nice mix with the red pepper sauce. My friends got the Portuguese soup which was good- not fabulous. The broth tasted a little under seasoned and maybe watery. The fish soup was almost entirely blended- I think we expected it to be chunkier, also mediocre in flavor. We then shared a plate of fried smelts which I had never had and the Bacalhau a Braz. My friend said the smelt were sort of dried out- not much fish meat to enjoy. My Bacalhau a Braz was delicious- a nice blend of flavors. I thoroughly enjoyed it and we left completely full. One suggestion to the restaurant- that many restaurants do- please be mindful of spraying the table cleaner in a nearby table when your guests are eating. Overall- it was a great experience.“
“What's not to love about this small community hot spot? Service is great, food is reasonably priced and not to mention the variety of menu options. I love coming here because it feels like you've just stepped into the past everyone knows each other and it's very neighborly. The food is delicious having been coming here for years and I've tried many different things. You really can't go wrong with Roger's!“
