“Just came from Palmer River Grille, it's very nice inside and the food was excellent. My wife had a small issue with her meal (no need for details), the managers took care of it no problem, which they don't have to do, so I want to take this opportunity to thank them. Our waiter Derek was awesome! Just want to acknowledge everyone there, the wait staff etc. are very friendly, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food. “TRAFFORDS TESTIMONIAL Perhaps once in a lifetime you find someplace really special for you and your spouse. Seven years ago we went to Trafford’s for the first time. What we remember about it was how it made us feel. Both of us work hard in our professions and to go out to dinner and find wonderful food, excellent and attentive wait staff, and relaxed environment simply made our day. We then came every month at least once mostly twice to enjoy the excellence and serenity at Trafford. Sadly we lost this when the fire occurred for several years. Then absolute joy when Trafford’s reopened and we found the same wonderful food, wonderful staff in a simply beautiful rebuilt building. The joy we felt and the absolute calm and serenity is all back for us. Recently we celebrated my 76th birthday at Trafford with my entire family. It was amazingly special for me and we had our special event upstairs with the entire place devoted to us . Chrissy our server did an awe inspiring service for us making it perhaps one of the most special birthdays I have ever had I have attached a picture of this special moment. I work in the computer software business doing quality assurance 10 hours every day. Being able to calm down and relax completely at Trafford’s is simply a joy for us. “This is a unique and quaint place that is perfect for date night, friends night out, or family dinners. The kitchen does close at 9pm on weekdays and sadly our first attempt at eating here didn’t work out because we walked in at 845pm so we opted to come back the next week. The hostess and the server that we encountered upon arriving that first night were extremely friendly and kind and although we opted to not get a table as they were closing in 15 minutes they did recommend a few other places close by and pointed us in the right direction. It’s located in an older style house that must have been converted into a restaurant. They offer free parking behind the building or guests could park on the street if spots are available. They offer seating inside, at the bar, or in the outside seating area that included large picnic tables and opportunities for guests to bring their dogs with them. The menu is eclectic, unique, and offers a wide variety of Portuguese / American fusion dishes. The dishes they served the food on were adorable pottery style dishes and visually appealing. My husband and I ordered the street corn dip appetizer and the loaded chowder entree and we shared both of the dishes. The chowder came with grilled sourdough bread for dipping, including two large shrimp, two large scallops, and plenty of other goodies included in the chowder. The street corn dip came with homemade tortilla chips for dipping and it was delicious. We went for dinner on a weeknight and we had made a reservation for the two of us prior to ensure that we had a table at 7pm. We were sat inside immediately and it was busy for sure. Since it was just the two of us we were seated at a small round two top table which was a little small but it did the trick and considering how busy they were it made sense to seat us there. It was very hot in there but besides that the atmosphere was great and decorated so nicely. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our drink order but once our server made contact he was efficient, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and provided great service. We’ll definitely be repeat customers as there is much more to explore on the menu.“

“I saw Honeybird on Phantom Gourmet a bit ago and living a state away I took note this is a must try. Fast forward to this weekend I suggested to my brother and others come here to kick off his bachelor party weekend and let me tell you this is THE SPOT!!! The wings and tenders were huge and the perfect balance of crispy and tender. Fries seasoned incredibly well. Get the honey bird sauce too. You won’t be disappointed. This absolutely was the perfect start for the night we needed to rally for. I can’t wait to come back. I’m looking at you to try crispy catfish sliders!“

“We are sorry it took us so long to discover The Square Peg. Cozy, old colonial vibe, delicious fall sangria and scrumptious comfort food. Our first visit was a perfect complement to our day visiting farm stands and enjoying a beautiful October Saturday. A bonus is that the location could rival Salem in October minus the crowds. Just perfect. We loved the chili with sour cream, cheese and onions on top, the patty melt and the ahi tuna tacos. All were delicious and reasonably priced. We look forward to visiting many times.“

After a wonderful meal, my husband paid the bill & we were getting ready to leave when the manager came to our table to ask what was wrong & if we were unhappy w/our server.....'No he was fantastic' we said. Oh! he said, because we didn't leave a tip he thought the waiter had messed up.... suffice it to say.... husband had THOUGHT he left the tip when he paid. Apparently he didn't!!! “The 99 is already one of my go to restaurants. This specific one was one of the first places I went to with the now love of my life. But I just want to thank the friendliest (I believe she was a cook) who worked at this specific location (North Attleboro, MA) who had an accent (that’s all I know about her, I wish I got her name) I had to take my baby into the restroom for a diaper change and while I was in there I discovered that an old baby food pouch exploded in the bottom of the diaper bag and covered all of our diapers. My son was all over the place trying to crawl off the counter where I made him sit so I could clean out the bag and throw out all of the rotten apple covered diapers 😭 and I was a mess until this wonderful lady who appeared to be a cook there walked in and offered to hold him for me and just held him there next to me, entertaining him in the mirror, talking to him until my mother in law walked in to check on us. Just wanted to recognize her kindness and make it known how thoughtful she was. “I’ve been there, I know how jt is” she said and in that moment I felt a bit of relief knowing that as a mom we are not alone.“

“Went for early dinner on Saturday. Was greeted promptly by Diana who was an absolute pleasure. She was kind, helpful and attentive. Chef Nicholas came from Kents so Mom had the clam chowder which was as delicious as she remembered. Lobster roll and sweet potato fries were fantastic and my chicken parm with vodka sauce was amazing and the portions were generous. Great quality and value. “Just moved to the area and tried Stevie D’s for the first time. The food tasted amazing! We had a Portuguese burger with sweet potato fries and the chili cheese fries (with homemade chili). Nice beer selection - we had the Stevie D’s IPA and a peanut butter porter. We sat at a table but most folks were sitting around the bar and seemed to know each other. There was a live band in the back and a small outdoor space for people to stand and chat out front. Our waitress was super friendly and the whole vibe was chill. We’ll definitely be back!!“

They don’t go crazy with black pepper in their crusts which I love since it doesn’t overwhelm the other flavors.

“This place is such a gem in Rhode island, family owned by a hard-working couple who are so kind and pleasant and the food they make is just so delicious, you don't think that a pizza could he made with TLC but it is. My friends family has been getting food from them for decades, a Saturday ritual. The food is just clean well presented and delicious. I've since ordered many times, they remember my friend's family's order, and I've also purchased dough, Cheese and other things they have there. Not only is the food good, it's just nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile when you walk in. If you want to support local business and get good value and good food this is the place. Close to Attleboro Rumford and East Providence on Newport Avenue and I highly recommend them. I ordered a wonderful medley of things on a veggie pizza, and a wonderful hearty barbecue chicken calzone. I mace some zaziki to go along side of it, but not necessary lol try them and enjoy!!“
