“Finally got around to trying out the new Barrington location and it was nothing short of amazing! We got there on a rainy Sat night - called ahead to see if they took reservations but were told no and that there should be no wait. We got there shortly after and were promptly seated and serviced. The new spot is def a few steps up from the old spot - updated, modern and airy. Meaghan was our waitress and was wonderful - as was all the staff. It was outstanding friendly service and efficient all at the same time. We started with the loaded tater tots and the octopus special. The octopus was cooked wonderfully and the tots were a fun appetizer to share - reminds me of my elementary school lunch if I was Richie Rich. But the spotlight goes to our entrees - I got the chicken parm with fresh rigatoni and the pink vodka sauce and he ordered veal parm with fresh bucatini and pink vodka sauce (how unoriginal ). Both were delicious! I love me a good vodka sauce and fresh pasta - my rigatoni was maybe 20 seconds short of being al dente but I'd prefer a tad harder vs soggy floppy pasta. The bucatini however was perfecto! The mister said it was one of the best veal parms he's ever had and that's a tall order to fill! All drinks were creative and tasty! And with how delicious dinner was, we had to get some dessert and they didn't disappoint! We were way too full and took the rest of dessert to go. With the nightmare that is the Washington Bridge debacle - this is a great place to support more locally, you won't be disappointed! No need to go to the Hill for some good Italian (they do serve up Portuguese fare as well) when we've got a great spot in our backyard! With apps, drinks, dinner and dessert - tax + tip was close to $200 but well worth every penny!“

“Two places to explore, the restaurant and the store. We enjoyed both! At the restaurant, hot food that one can place on plates and dine in, or use the takeout containers. We loaded up on meat, feijoada, sausage and chicken. Everything gets weighted at the end. There are plenty of tables and the restaurant is accessible. Street parking was easy.The store is smaller and one can buy brasilian supplies (even clothing) and (what we were looking for) salgadinhos.We enjoyed some hot, made fresh, but took most of the food home to eat later.Everything heated up well.Delicious!!“

“First time trying Portuguese food and I will definitely be back! Quick service, cozy atmosphere and incredibly delicious food. We had bifa a casa, shrimp with lemon and herb sauce and house sangria. The appetizer bread onion oil dip was amazing too.“

“This is a very nice breakfast place in this area. They have good food and good service, staff is very friendly. They are famous with certain breakfast platters but I really enjoyed their veggie omelette and I added ground chourico to that. It was very loaded and filling. They also offer a drive through breakfast! They have free parking right outisde and are wheelchair accessible. I only think the floors were a little dirty with straws and napkins around the restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have a few veggie dishes with no meat. “So many Portuguese restaurants in Fall River... it's hard to know where to go! Well, T A Restaurant is a pretty solid option. Compared to some of the other spots I've been to in town, the ambiance was on the nicer/more modern side. They've got plenty of choices in terms of Meat & Poultry and Seafood. Our waitress was really nice and helped me decide on a dairy-free dish. My friend and I both opted for seafood. I got the Bacalhua a Casa (shredded codfish) and my friend got the Bacalhua Assado (salted cod). To be honest, I found my fish to be a bit overcooked, but I'm not sure if that's just because the fish was shredded. I tried a bite of the salted cod and the cook on that was perfect. The plating is also really nice, so I'd recommend for anyone looking for a bit of a more upscale dining experience.“

“No better deal than 2 entreés and a bottle of wine for less than $40 (Sunday through Thursday nights). My friend and I both went with the Steak Portuguese Style, which came with fries and rice. The portion size was substantial and the egg on top of the steak was te perfect touch! My only complaint in terms of the food was that we ordered vegetables on the side and those sides were really small. The restaurant itself was pretty nice and there was plenty of seating. Our waitress was very sweet and helped us select our bottle of wine. If I had a place like this closer to me in Boston, I'd be there all the time. Really can't go wrong!“

“Went about 315 pm on a Sunday got parking across st .. free on Sunday .. 6 people got tabel right away . 5 Sodas ,1 water .We ordered 2 surf n turf , 2 steak plates , 2 Jr steak plates .all the food was great,but eggs could have been a little runnier. ruffly 150$ bill with tip .. service is laid back wich I like . need something just ask .“

“Tonight was our first time at BarCa and it was amazing! Definitely a small hidden gem in Fall River. The food and wine were excellent. The place is small and the service is slowly paced, but if you're looking for a romantic night or a night of catching up with friends, it's perfect! The house red wine was excellent - full bodied and smooth. For meals, we got the shrimp Mozambique, the chicken Mozambique and the tuna. All three of us LOVED our meals! The Mozambique sauce is perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we split the chocolate cake, which was also very good.“

The staff is so super friendly, I go here at least 5 - 6 times a week and for the food that you get it is so reasonable. “FIRST TIME AT THIS restaurant/bar . Went for lunch. Walked in smelled an looked very clean . They have a bar , an separate dining area , They also a private room for functions. I had fish n chips ,small white fish feilts cooked perfectly, their was no cole slaw not sure if was soppose to have it or not .. my buddy had sirloin sandwiches with house potatoes. Portuguese soup (no picture). All food was great .. I didn't eat again until 7 at night an was done on time to get back to work ..“

“We went there for a Christmas party and it was not disappointing. The Portuguese food was delicious with nothing negative to say about any of it. We had buffet style so we got to taste many of their dishes and deserts. Definitely on our list for good Portuguese food dining.“

“Great services and ambiance. Appetizers were great. Some things on the menu were not available. Plenty of good things but definitely could be perfected. Example no Mozambique sauce on their chicken Mozambique brought out after. Some of the party said oversalted. Missing ingredients in salad. When you pay the prices asked you expect perfection. Though food was good was not perfect. Servers were impeccable very attentive and pleasant.“

“I have been eating here since I was a kid that lived a couple of blocks down. I always get the steak with fries, rice, and an egg and it’s delicious every time. The staff here are always sweet and treat the customers well. It’s an awesome place to be and I treasure it every time!“
