“What a great Chinese restaurant. I'm not from the area and ended up going here because it was one of the few that was open on Mondays. I'm glad it was because the food was delicious. The wonton soup had huge chunks of roast pork in it and vegetables, and the dumplings were the way I like them, nice and doughy and huge. The dipping sauce was really good as well. The main meal was some spicy beef and vegetables and a combination platter that was also just delicious. The inside was quiet, if you wanted to stay there and eat, staff was great friendly and accommodating.“

“While we have only ever ordered takeout from here, Fu Ming has become a family favorite over the last few years. We had a family party yesterday and I placed a large order online. I let them know it was for a party and requested a specific delivery time. The food was packed in large containers, delivered on time and just delicious. It couldn't have been any easier. “Very comfortable seating. Our waitress was great! Very attentive. My friend and I were here for a girls night dinner. She lived her passion fruit martini. I got the green tea shots. They did not ship out on the alcohol!! We started with the shrimp tempura and steamed pork dumplings. The tempura was cooked perfectly. It was great not having over cooked shrimp. The dumplings had amazing flavor. I would like to see them thin out their dumpling dough a little though. Our main course was 4 different sushi rolls: snow angel, ninja, spider and fireball. None of which were disappointing at all. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back here. There was a man and his son sitting behind us. They told us how much they enjoy the food here. They go so often they don't need menus. I'm looking forward to trying more!“

“Dumplings have more meat inside than most and they're juicy. Wish there was more than 4 in an order though. Crab Rangoon is decent, not too sweet so that's a plus. Egg rolls have great flavor but could use some more pork. Hot and sour soup is different but it's a good different. It doesn't have that thick, sliminess so that's a plus. I might try other things from here. At least have to find out how the rice is.“

“We use to go Sliver Crystal. It closed down last summer . A friend of ours recommended we go here . The food was excellent and very fresh ! The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast . “It was our first time and we picked up. We tried the hot and sour soup but it didn’t really have a sweet and sour taste. The shredded pork and garlic sauce was a tad spicy, but very good. We would have like to see more pork since the strips are thin. The orange beef comes with orange sauce. It was good. We’d like to try some other dishes apps“

“China Star in coventry is the place to go when you need a Chinese food fix, it’s a family run business for 20 years , employees are always helpful and kind with great service. My family has been coming here since 2016 and it is our go to spot, give them a try, you will love it! The food is always delicious!“

“Overall good Chinese takeout. Always piping hot. Portions seem a little smaller post Covid though. Teriyaki beef is always tender as are the bbq boneless spare ribs. Wonton soup is very good. My only disappointment is the crab rangoons. There was barely a trace of filling in them. This is the second time this has happened to us. While it won't stop us from visiting we just won't order them again which is unfortunate because they used to be our favorite rangoons.“

“Best, most authentic Chinese food in RI: I know whereof I speak, we moved here from Flushing, Queens. Waited a long time before we found this place. I've had so many native Rhode Islanders recommend someplace as "the best Chinese food" only to be really puzzled as to what they feel constitutes actual Chinese food. This place is amazing, always packed but the order is always dead on. These are the hardest working folks I have seen in a long time - I would patronize even if the food was not as fantastic as it is. Word to the wise: if you are complaining about the wait then think about that for a minute: why is there a wait? Because the food is worth waiting for.“
