“Great service, friendly staff inside and on the drive thru. I come here frequently and they've never messed up an order once. 3/5 for atmosphere because there is always something weird going on with the people sitting down to eat lol“

“I only get to come to this location once a week, but each time they never fail. It is THE BEST customer service I have ever had! They are always so polite and so accommodating. I choose this location over the one thats down the street from my house and never regret it. This location makes being 5 minutes late to work worth it.“

“So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot made the bagel.“

“I went to the other dunkin right down the road from this one yesterday 7/22/24 ,and they gave me straight cream/milk instead of a latte and made me wait when nobody was in the drivethru until they felt like working. Anyway I asked if this dunkin could fix it to a regular latte and they looked at it and agreed and made it into a regular latte for me. I had a long day, so it was very much appreciated. Ty to these employees for their kindness.“

“Since they remodeled this place has been amazing!! Fully staffed, quick with orders, not listening to coworkers drama, like in other dunking places!! They are respectful, have great customer service skills, and funny! My order is always correct!! it is nice to see people smile and enjoying their morning!
