“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“The Smithfield location is definitely the hangout for Bryant University students. I watched group of young men and young women come in one after the other on a Thursday night.
Ordered the loaded nachos and a burger - they were good. Foodwas served quickly. Server was very nice. Gave service 4 stars instead of 5 because there were definitely not enough staff to cover the amount of customers. Tables were left dirty because no one was available to clean. They would have benefited from having a few waitresses, not just the 2 bartender and one person bring out the food on a night where they were packed with college students.
Not bad but will probably stick to going to the Cranston location.“

We had Kristen as our bartender, she was excellent! Very attentive, and so friendly. It’s not to often you get a really good bartender with a good personality and such hospitality. Toppings usually are poor quality and sparse. Not at Union Street brewery! The toppings were fresh and abundant. The dough is normally either too dry or undercooked. Well, if you’re looking for the opposite of that come to Union Station Brewery. Crust was not too hard and not undercooked. Done to perfection!! I ordered the FUN GUY PIZZA and my son had the MEATBALL PIZZA. The portion size was enough that we could have actually shared a pizza. We both took half of our orders with us. Normally, I would just send it back to the kitchen to have it discarded, but this time it left the establishment with me. Thanks, Union Station Brewery for making me believe that there is actually good pizza out there! One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is.
