“Easy five stars. This bakery was recommended to me by multiple people multiple times, and I finally got to head over there. I will soon be a repeat customer, absolutely delicious, pastries and great coffee as well. It's helpful if you speak Spanish, but not required. They take cash and card. It's a little loud, but not too bad - it's a very popular spot so allow a little bit of time for parking.“
“This is a nice place to go for a drink, food, dance, and listen to some Latin music. Their food is ok, considering that their menu is very limited. The service staff can be greedy; they could overcharge you for drinks (I paid 18+ tax for a Mojito) and/or food, and they bring you the bill with a "service charge" (tip) included, but they won't tell you about it, so you end up tipping twice. Be careful with that!I think it's cool they let you play some small musical Latin instruments too, if you ask for them!“
“Went there on a Sunday during their live Marima band 3-6pm and DJ dance party 6pm on. Atmosphere made the experience exceptional. Food and service was satisfactory enough. I will go back for the Sunday music experience and buy drinks.Kid-friendliness: I went there with my sons, and there were other children during Full Bar and live music. I appreciate that“
“One of my best food experiences EVER. Every single thing I ordered over exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious. Made with quality ingredients and plated beautifully. The iced latte with oat milk and sesame seed and the tamarind lime drink were both refreshing and complimented the meals. The Mofongo benefict is a dish every person should try in their lifetime. The eggs in salsa criolla was genius way to incorporate flavors from the island. My husband and I bought their bottled hot sauce and jams. So delicious. I hope they will eventually ship those items to NYC.“
“This restaurant is an excellent place to take someone for a very nice dinner. The service is fenomenal, the food is very delicious, the portions are big, and their drinks are awesome. It is a little on the higher end of prices, but it is an A+ restaurant, though. I've been there many times and it has always been an excellent experience. Make sure you make a reservation before going there; it can be very busy, especially during special holidays. I highly recommend it.“
“La Pinata has become out weekly favorite. Mickey, Armando and their entire team works very hard to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Restaurant is very clean, the food taste the same everytime. Perfectly and authenticly seasoned. They have parking lot and off street parking is easy. I would highly recommend L Pinata, it's the best Mexican I have had on the East Coast. You are missing out if you don't try.“
“We got takeout tonight for the first time and WOW!! Everything was amazing! I don't know how they manage to keep the churros soft and crunchy in take out containers but they were delicious. We both tried the beef empanadas, they were amazing so well seasoned great filling amount. I had the Ropa vieja which was delicious and my husband had the steak sandwich that was incredible. Can't wait to go back!“
“First visit to Bistro Cafe. Many tasty sounding options on the menu. I was told the steak egg and tater tot skillet was enjoyable. The pancakes were okay, not great but I did like the blueberry compote. Will return to sample something else.“
