“Stopped by this tea house earlier this week, got their signature milk tea, and its chef’s kiss: creamy, perfectly balanced, and the texture was just right. The shop itself is so cute—bright, clean, and low-key cozy, whether you’re grabbing a drink to go or lingering for a minute. Staff was friendly and quick with my order too.

If you’re around the area craving solid boba (or just a nice pick-me-up), don’t sleep on this place. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Great food and service. I got some boba there and I couldn’t help myself but get another! I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea for my tea lovers out there. Atmosphere was very fitting and calm and the costumers seemed very happy. Clearly a 5 star tea house. Also- very cheap items for low spenders!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here! They seemed very kind and were very helpful peaceful. They did not cause a scene. Take your kids here! It is an amazing place to relax with toddlers!!“

“My first vietnamese coffee.I'm addicted, so good...Luna behind the Register today monday,January 6th @3:15 is such a sweetheart👍 made me a creme brulee, coffee her suggestion and boy, it was good.
Ask for Luna she has excellent customer service skills.Great personality, very outgoing and knows her stuff.

“It was pretty easy to find this place. I loved the interior! The place was so clean and tidy however there was this one fly that was constantly annoying me, lol.
There were many ice based and cream based options and they even have their own signature flavours. I am new to bubble tea world so ended up picking one of their ice based signature- Passion fruit QQ which came with lychee flavoured jellies and chewy tapioca. It was a perfect blend for me.
I honestly loved it!
It was my first time trying this place. It was amazing! I would definitely drop by this place again.
However, I am not sure whether the jellies were vegan.“

“Prepare for the most delicious smoothie of your life! This place is run by a sweet doña with the kindest smile. The name caught me and I had to go inside. It's very bright and colorful inside and they have a ton of beverage options. They also have like 20 topping options for your drink! I will definitely going back. I am very glad that I found a banh mi place and a smoothie place on the same block!“
