“Tried the mango slushy with mango jelly and mango poppers and the house milk tea with boba- delicious! I think this place makes better tasting teas than Kung Fu Tea downstairs. The only thing that Kung Fu Tea does better is that there’s an app so you can order ahead of time and you can select the sugar levels.“

“This Kung Fu Tea is located in a prime area in the center of the first floor of South Shore Plaza, the largest shopping mall in the South Shore. There’s almost always a line, but it moves relatively quickly. You can also place an order ahead of time via the app. Usually there are 3-4 people working the tiny stall. However, because it is a stall, there isn’t a dedicated waiting area, so it can be quite chaotic when it is busy. The quality of the drinks here are comparable to other Kung Fu Tea locations. I recommend the classic Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. It also tastes good hot, especially during the cold winter months.“

“I tried the sweet potato half & half, and it was tasty! Didn't wait very long, and the staff was helpful. Not sure what's up with the low ratings. I'll be coming back again to try the other dogs and the boba!Parking: Kong Dog is inside the mall, so you can park anywhere outside.Kid-friendliness: The food options ought to be good for kids. There's a play area nearby, too.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators will get you up to the food court on the second floor.“

“This place is simple. It sells boba, and it sells waffles. I’ve tried the waffles, next time boba! But I did really love the variety it had with waffles. Lots of fun flavors like strawberry cheesecake and apple pie (which I got). I also loved how all the employees handled the waffles with care. The place was pretty busy on a Saturday evening with not a ton of space. I got my waffle in about 10 minutes and ate it on the walk to the theater. The apple pie waffle was good. The waffle itself was hot and yummy. It wasn’t a Belgian waffle, but it wasn’t a normal waffle either. The batter must have something in it to make it taste a bit different. It was pretty fluffy and held up the toppings quite well. The cinnamon apple chunks were lightly warmed and gently sweet. The “crust” was Biscoff cookies. I think a Graham cracker crumble would have been better because the Biscoff was too sweet compared to the apples and waffle.I’ll definite come again!“

“Went for my first time the other night. My friend and I Had the spiked mango lassi with boba, hibiscus House soda, red oil dumplings, pork belly buns, and not pictured were two bowls of pho. Overall loved the experience. Server was new but did a great job. Service was quick and timely. They kept our water cups topped off the whole time which was appreciated. I want to try the ramen next so I'll add the fifth star when I come back again!“

“Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

“Usually, shops like these tend to make their desserts on the sweeter end, but it doesn't seem like the case here. I got the Fresh Mango Coconut Jelly this last Sunday, and it was scrumptiously delicious. The mango was fresh and the coconut jelly was not extremely sweetened, which is always a plus if you are more cognizant of the daily amount of sugar consumed. The overall establishment is small, but this creates a more cozy and intimate vibe. The service was great and the wait time was more than reasonable.I would highly recommend this place! ?“

“Loved this cute little cafe! They serve hot drinks, bubble tea, and desserts. Thai iced tea with brown sugar pearls was delicious! We also had the mango eclair and tiramisu, which were just the right size and sweetness. Decor and atmosphere were beautiful and classy. Window bar seating and some small tables as well. Staff were very friendly and completed our orders pretty quickly.“

“Sweet Sip is a solid boba spot in the corner of the South Shore Plaza Food Court! I've only had drinks at Sweet Sip so I can't speak about their desserts, but there are macarons and perhaps some other sweets available. There is a large variety of drinks you can get here, ranging from the classic milk tea to their more unique specialties -- the butterfly tea drinks and the mangonada. So far, I've tried the Tropical Mango Lemonade, Mango Kiwi Lemonade (both butterfly tea drinks), and Mango Pineapple Smoothie. Something I like about Sweet Sip is that you can choose what fruits you want in your smoothie! I think it's up to two fruits you can choose for your smoothie which was pretty cool. However, I didn't like that the large cup I got for my Mango Pineapple smoothie made me feel like I was getting skimped out of the amount of my drink. It was quite tall, but not wide. It didn't look like the large cup they had on display. The drink itself was really good though, you could taste the freshness of the fruits and it wasn't too sweet, so no complaints about the taste. Their butterfly tea drinks are pretty tasty as well, but not something I'd go out of my way to get. It comes with jelly/toppings included in the drink which I like, but to me, it can either be a toss-up of whether the drink is a bit on the bitter end because of the tea, or too sweet because of the syrup from the toppings. The butterfly tea drinks are aesthetically pleasing, but not a go-to drink for me. The service is pretty quick with no frills. Overall, Sweet Sip is a bit pricy for boba or a smoothie, but super convenient if you're in the mall looking for a quick tasty treat.“
