“Was very pleased with my experience this morning. Went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order. The woman with the piercings who was running, the drive-through, was so nice and polite. The coffee had some grounds, and without skipping a beat she offered to make me a new one, and didn’t seem bothered or annoyed by that. Which I feel can be uncommon. She was so nice that it made my morning.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Charming inside and out, garden and outdoor seating, cozy and unique decor inside and the food is fantastic! Check out the fillings before you get in line, because they're all so good, your tacos/bowl/etc. will quickly reach critical mass before you get to the end of the counter. Doesn't matter, though, you'll still have something delicious and custom-made. Friendly, helpful staff, too. Wish I didn't live 150+ miles away.“

“This is the only Dunkin I go to to get donuts from. No other DD around serve fresh donuts with fresh frosting. They actually frost the donuts, none of those donuts with hard frosting that was delivered prefrosted. Friendly service too.. PS there are 5 DD that I could go to,all very close. This is the only place I will buy donuts from.“

“starbucks has finally stole my viginity!! I've never been to Starbucks prior to Tuesday. I took my daughter for a drink & let me say every part of my first time experience was great, thanks to ALEX - the amazing starbucks worker, she was extremely patient and sweet with me and my daughter who did not understand drink size, names or even drinks for that matter. Alex was literally the best. I was worried about having someone annoyed with my little knowledge of the menu. I will definitely be returning....Thank you Alex ; your rock ?“

“I usually will not leave a review on any major food chain, but this one in particular blew me away. Not because of the food or drink, but because of the service of one particular guy named Landon Herbert I believe his name was. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with a warm welcoming smile and hello, and when i ordered (they were extremely busy by the way) he treated my order as if i were the only person in there and got it out within the minute. As i watched he continued that ethic which astounded me. The drinks and food he made were some of the best food i’ve ever had from there EVER. The only reason i will be returning is to see his face once again. He boosted the moral of his coworkers and made the atmosphere a great place to be in. Props to Landon!“

“For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island... Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order! During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe. Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable. Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew. I walk in and all the mobile orders are piled up on the counter (3) new people I’ve never seen. A girl walks over to assist another customer and turns her back to walk away (clearly she saw me waiting) I ask to grab mine she slightly turns and responds with “it’s not ready” I could tell my lone coffee was ready I could see my name 🤦🏼♀️ she walks away and starts ringing at the register... A young man walked over and asked my name I told him then proceeded to ask her name and I was spoken to rudley, said she’s the manger.. no she’s not I know the manager I asked again and again she finally screamed her name half way across the tiny restaurant... uncalled for. Never in 6 years has ANYONE spoken to me like that or treated me like that from this location :( I’ll make sure to stick with my friendly upbeat morning crew... From a manager perspective I think regional and the store manager should reconsider who they are leaving in charge in the afternoon. Someone really needs a training on customer service and kidness“

“Ik it was 12 pm and not 7 am but the young man working September 3rd 2024 12pm was a absolute rockstar at his job my loaded hash browns was absolutely perfect and my frozen coffee was on point so tired places and people half fasting stuff and he did not and it was worth writing this review for ! “This dunkin donuts in Coventry is absolutely amazing. I had brain surgery several times this year and fought for my life. The women that work there have amazing hearts. Always writing inspirational messages on my cup. Keeping my strength up. Just a wonderful wonderful dunkin. Can't say enough about them. I love them all bunches. Amazing caring people. ����“
“When I came into this store last, I was politely greeted by a kind young man. He was very diligent and receptive toward me throughout the entire exchange. He made me feel very welcome and ensured he got my entire order correct. The whole time, he had a smile on his face and seemed like he was in a great mood. I have gone in several times, and the majority of the workers are rude and disrespectful; however, I believe his name was Andrew, and he was outstanding!“

“When your local Starbucks team recognizes your voice through the drive thru and sends a happy message along with your morning Bev. 😀 ..... I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise! The food industry can suck but, you make a difference with your amazing attitudes and customer service. Thank you #NorwichStarbucks“

“Honey Dew is like Dunkin's younger sibling. As a native Rhode Islander, I love my HD. They have coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and more.
This particular one is located in a gas station. We needed our coffee fix and my favorite thing on the menu, Willow Tree chicken salad with cheddar cheese on a croissant. Yes it was delicious. The service was good too and you can get gas and other snacks due to it being in a gas station.“
