“I really like Crumbl as far as the food is concerned. However, my last visit wasn’t as pleasant. The white boy in there who called my name for my order was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been there a few times, so I am aware of how the pick up process goes. He called my name, I then said “right here” and proceeded to the pick up counter. Before I got there, he slides my cookies on the counter and walks off. He didn’t open it, as he did every customer before me, to ensure my order was even correct. But it’s fine, I won’t be returning. I’m big on customer service, especially if I’m paying over $20 for cookies, service me properly, or lose my services!“

“We went to Baked Bear on Saturday, January 7th. When we got there, the line was out the door (it's delicious so I get it). As we get inside I realize this 1 girl is working alone. Her name was Natasha I believe. She was amazing. She welcomed each person when they came in, had a smile on her face the entire time, and made us all some delicious treats. This girl deserves a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business I would be trying to take her from you 😁. It very unusual to see this kind of work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. “I have visited Lick several times and each time I’m greeted with a smile, great customer service and attention to detail with my special request orders. I recently visited on a day when they experienced a brief power outage and had a line of customers waiting to be served. The young lady Kennedy handled the situation so well, she remained calm and polite, she worked diligently to get the pos system and tvs up and running, she was in control and didn’t get overwhelmed. Kudos to Kennedy!!“

“Please go visit this place. It is run by a great business leader in the Columbia mall to the left of the merry go around if facing it. He has great treats for a great price and it’s a fun place to take you and your kids for some family fun ! “Went into marble slab today for an afternoon treat before I pick my kids up from camp and I was greeted by Bailey who was one of the nicest workers that I’ve seen in marble slab in a very, very, very long time and I’ve been coming here for years, most of the times when I come in the staff has no sense of urgency. They seem like they don’t wanna work rushing through your order or have an attitude when the line is very long, but I will say Bailey was so sweet I wish I could of tipped her or done something nice for her. Marble slab keep her and hire more people like her.“

“Today was My daughter's birthday and Every one of the workers were very kind ..... The cashier, and 3 other guys we were showered with fries and ice cream for my princess they checked up on us and showed love ....very attentive to the customers and needs.

One of the biggest things is their were 3 younger staff and one older gentleman.... The younger crew were not playing around they were all working in between constantly moving that was nice to see .. you definitely rarely see that ...To young man who gave us extra fries and the gentleman that got my baby ice cream thanks so much it made her day.

“Scoopy Doo is a fantastic gelato shop with friendly service and delicious gelato! I tried the blueberry lemon lavender sorbet and peanut butter sorbet, and both were amazing. The blueberry lemon lavender was one of the best sorbets I've ever had - the flavors were perfectly balanced. The peanut butter sorbet was creamy and not too sweet, with a strong peanut butter flavor. Highly recommend!“
