“The Ice Cream machine was working!!! That tells you a lot about a McDonald's restaurant. We escaped the afternoon heat without electricity due to the hurricane, enjoyed the van AC and a cold McDonald's Ice Cream Cone for two bucks each. Not bad given the state of the economy!!“

“My brother and I just left this location. They only had two ladies working during a lunch shift. There was so many people waiting inside and in the drive thru for there orders. The lady who was making the orders never slowed down. She never stopped making the orders. I don't know where the manager was but this lady needs a raise. She kept smiling thru everything. Great job ma'am. I wish I would have gotten her name..but thank you for the wonderful job..“

“Compared to the KFC on Walton Way I can't give enough stars. I was there around 5:40pm today and I must say I was scared at first because what happen a couple weeks ago at Walton way. But to my surprise the young man taking the order was nice. Our chicken was correct and fresh, biscuits was so fresh and soft. Keep in mind i didnt have to wait long. Shout out to the manager and her crew.“

“We absolutely adore Sno-Cap! My husband and I have been going there since we were children. The food is always incredible, waitresses are always kind, and it has the perfect vibes all around. It just feels like home!

Vegetarian options: They have wonderfully fresh salads and sandwiches that can be vegetarian.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid-friendly! They have delicious ice cream and classic floats for the kiddos. They also have a nice, comfortable outdoor seating area.“

“I visited my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's today. My favorite smiley guy Haden, suggested I try their New Classic Pastrami sub. (which I did).
It was simply delicious, it was neatly prepared and omg...it had a generous portion of meat and fixins, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you again, smiling guy for the recommendation. I'll admit, I always feel good about spending my money at this establishment.... it doesn't come with a negative ATTITUDE like other restaurants in the area. !!

“It’s 12-22-24, around 7 when I got there. There were three people covering the drive in and the inside, and all of the mobile orders. I don’t know who the manager was that was working or the two guys in the back. But they were keeping it together and it was heroic. May have been a little slower than normal but for what they were accomplishing with limited staff, I hope they are commended, not only for their hard work, but their positive attitudes while dealing with a difficult dinner rush short handed. Young man black mid age male I think his name was William… Was very very gentle with me. I wasn’t clear on my girlfriend’s burger, but he had active listening. Obviously he heard her tell me her order, and repeated it back the way she actually wanted it (so I was wrong on how I ordered it) he repeated it back and thats when we realized I didn’t say no onion…. That was big to me because it saved me a trip and I don’t live near any checkers. Another thing, food was hot, and neat. “I decided to stop here for a quick lunch and was dreading going in because every fast food restaurant now is just a complete shit show . But to my surprise, this Arby’s needs to be the standard for all other fast food restaurants. I had my food in less than a minute. The person working on the counter didn’t roll their eyes while taking my order. This was right in the middle of lunchtime, rush, and whenever they got any kind of a breather instead of getting on their phone And doing nothing they went out in the dining area and clean tables. There was not a drop of food on the floor tables were clean. They came by and talk to you asked you if you needed anything. One of the ladies actually gave me a holiday coupon book. It’s nice to know that people still care about what they’re doing and whoever owns this Arby’s needs to give these workers a bonus For going above and beyond in this day and age !“

“Would be 5 stars if I could just get the pickle i ordered. I made the mistake of asking for 2 pickles on the app and when i picked it up it had only 1 of a comically small pickle. Like an appetizer weenie style pickle size. Thought it was a mistake since i order from here once a week and tried again the next week. Same thing: ordered two pickles get 1 comically small pickle as if to tell me I will be punished for ordering more than one pickle.. really strange.. now I can't even get a pickle on the side when I order my hook and ladder. I thought I was being paranoid and cranky but it turns out this firehouse is run by immature children instead.“

“A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. “So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“
