“The Ice Cream machine was working!!! That tells you a lot about a McDonald's restaurant. We escaped the afternoon heat without electricity due to the hurricane, enjoyed the van AC and a cold McDonald's Ice Cream Cone for two bucks each. Not bad given the state of the economy!!“

“Compared to the KFC on Walton Way I can't give enough stars. I was there around 5:40pm today and I must say I was scared at first because what happen a couple weeks ago at Walton way. But to my surprise the young man taking the order was nice. Our chicken was correct and fresh, biscuits was so fresh and soft. Keep in mind i didnt have to wait long. Shout out to the manager and her crew.“

“Tuesday night was my first time going and it was a great experience! When we had gotten there, they had just gotten slammed. Every seat was busy we went into order and we were greeted and taken care of with no long wait. They were short staff but the girls working the front were handling it so well all while positive. They let people know it may be a wait but everyone seemed ok because of how well the girls handled it. The food came out rather quick for what i expected. Everything was hot and delicious! I was very impressed and never felt we were getting poor service or food. Can’t really to come back and try again. Again, bravo to the girls waiting and who ever was making the food.“

“The steakhouse bacon burger was amazing!!! The fries A1 the wings were crispy I had the honey lemon pepper omg the best wings I’ve tasted so far in Augusta!!! Will definitely come back and will probably be right back the same day I’m a small girl but that’s the first time I ate my whole burger it was that good!! I didn’t even get a chance to get a picture but I will make sure to get one next time.“

“The lady who took my order was nice and patient. There was not much of a wait, food was hot and delicious, I even waited until I got home to eat which was about a 20 minute drive. This was my first time trying cookout and it was a great experience!

Update: This is the only cookout I go to, I’m adding this to my review because after going here numerous times now, I simply don’t agree with the bad reviews. My food is always good, my orders are always correct, the employees are always friendly and the trays are always fresh. I’ve tried many different things and I haven’t had a complaint yet.“

“The chicken was fresh and great. The service was great. I love Churches and had not had it in a long time because there is not one in my neighborhood. Of course they are only in certain hoods. “I just grabbed a late lunch from this location near my office and when I saw all the doors were open wide I did not think it was because the area has been enjoying a ten degree dip in the high temperatures. The staff were still pleasant and I had forgotten how to access the QR on my app to pay at the completion of my order so on the fly I placed the order, in house, and the gift card payment was received with ease.“

“It’s 12-22-24, around 7 when I got there. There were three people covering the drive in and the inside, and all of the mobile orders. I don’t know who the manager was that was working or the two guys in the back. But they were keeping it together and it was heroic. May have been a little slower than normal but for what they were accomplishing with limited staff, I hope they are commended, not only for their hard work, but their positive attitudes while dealing with a difficult dinner rush short handed. “Yesterday I was going to do a review, but since Im redeeming the back of my receipt I’ll go ahead and review from my pov. Young man black mid age male I think his name was William… Was very very gentle with me. I wasn’t clear on my girlfriend’s burger, but he had active listening. Obviously he heard her tell me her order, and repeated it back the way she actually wanted it (so I was wrong on how I ordered it) he repeated it back and thats when we realized I didn’t say no onion…. That was big to me because it saved me a trip and I don’t live near any checkers. Another thing, food was hot, and neat. I actually watched him wash and dry (not sling water) off his hands… a big plus to me!!! Overall I asked for the head manager and he stated she wasn’t in but directed me how to do an online review. “I decided to stop here for a quick lunch and was dreading going in because every fast food restaurant now is just a complete shit show . But to my surprise, this Arby’s needs to be the standard for all other fast food restaurants. I had my food in less than a minute. The person working on the counter didn’t roll their eyes while taking my order. This was right in the middle of lunchtime, rush, and whenever they got any kind of a breather instead of getting on their phone And doing nothing they went out in the dining area and clean tables. There was not a drop of food on the floor tables were clean. They came by and talk to you asked you if you needed anything. One of the ladies actually gave me a holiday coupon book. It’s nice to know that people still care about what they’re doing and whoever owns this Arby’s needs to give these workers a bonus For going above and beyond in this day and age !“

“Would be 5 stars if I could just get the pickle i ordered. I made the mistake of asking for 2 pickles on the app and when i picked it up it had only 1 of a comically small pickle. Like an appetizer weenie style pickle size. Thought it was a mistake since i order from here once a week and tried again the next week. Same thing: ordered two pickles get 1 comically small pickle as if to tell me I will be punished for ordering more than one pickle.. really strange.. now I can't even get a pickle on the side when I order my hook and ladder. I thought I was being paranoid and cranky but it turns out this firehouse is run by immature children instead.“

“So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“
