“The Ice Cream machine was working!!! That tells you a lot about a McDonald's restaurant. We escaped the afternoon heat without electricity due to the hurricane, enjoyed the van AC and a cold McDonald's Ice Cream Cone for two bucks each. Not bad given the state of the economy!!“

The young lady at the window was excellent...if I have a complaint it has to do with their sandwich...this store puts way too much mayonnaise or sauce on it. Otherwise the Clearwater store is my go-to!“

“Tuesday night was my first time going and it was a great experience! When we had gotten there, they had just gotten slammed. Every seat was busy we went into order and we were greeted and taken care of with no long wait. They were short staff but the girls working the front were handling it so well all while positive. They let people know it may be a wait but everyone seemed ok because of how well the girls handled it. The food came out rather quick for what i expected. Everything was hot and delicious! “A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to these people at this Pizza Hut. We can’t thank you enough. ♥️“

“My family and I tried this spot for the first time tonight and It was delicious! I had the Kickin' Bourbon Burger, w/ o bacon and regular fries. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were piping hot! I threw son Cajun seasoning on them and dug in. My wife ordered a steak burger and fries and enjoyed it. Now she wants to try the wings and We both want to try the egg rolls. Can't wait!!“

“It’s 12-22-24, around 7 when I got there. There were three people covering the drive in and the inside, and all of the mobile orders. I don’t know who the manager was that was working or the two guys in the back. But they were keeping it together and it was heroic. May have been a little slower than normal but for what they were accomplishing with limited staff, I hope they are commended, not only for their hard work, but their positive attitudes while dealing with a difficult dinner rush short handed. As good a team as you could hope for in that circumstance. Thank you guys.“

“First time at this Firehouse. Staff were a pleasure to work with. Their coke machine was out of syrup and a team member came right out and took care of it. Their Gluten free subs are without question the best subs on the market. No photos I gobbled mine up“

“Yesterday I was going to do a review, but since Im redeeming the back of my receipt I’ll go ahead and review from my pov. Young man black mid age male I think his name was William… Was very very gentle with me. I wasn’t clear on my girlfriend’s burger, but he had active listening. Obviously he heard her tell me her order, and repeated it back the way she actually wanted it (so I was wrong on how I ordered it) he repeated it back and thats when we realized I didn’t say no onion…. That was big to me because it saved me a trip and I don’t live near any checkers. Another thing, food was hot, and neat. I actually watched him wash and dry (not sling water) off his hands… a big plus to me!!! Overall I asked for the head manager and he stated she wasn’t in but directed me how to do an online review. I would give him 100 stars if I can!!! Good job William (hope that’s his name) I had to create an email, but I am David Rusher Sr. Good day!!!!!!“

“So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location: Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app. I’ve received 1 order just a grilled chicken on bread, another just a grilled chicken & fry sauce, other times my add-ons left off completely. Foods great, but if you actually get what you ordered is always like playing the slot machines.“
