Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“We work late and have five children. I’m grateful for the work as a KFC. We went to the window five minutes before they closed and ordered a 24 piece family meal with four different sides biscuits and chicken and they happily told us “no problem we’ll have that right out for you“ I’m grateful for this restaurant because the food is always tasty and most fast food places close early, it’s nice to see one. That’s actually staying up in the proper hours, and serving good tasty food best fast food place in boiling Springs by far.“

“We live in WNC, and we came here a month ago. Everything we tried was so good and there was so much more to try that we came back tonight. Everything on the menu is a 10/10. So much variety, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff. Such a hidden gem! The pickled okra is one of the best and most creative appetizers I have had in a long time. It's a great place to bring kids too!“

“I would like to commend both Audrey and Evan on their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct MY mistake of placing a mobile order at the wrong location. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! We need more people like this in the workforce these days.“

“First time for lunch at Hub City, chicken joint today. Place looks scary, my wife was quite hesitant, but turned out great. Super good and oddly quick chicken, but the highlight were the sides. Collards and Lima Beans like I wish my momma made and wife’s Cole slaw was great (sweet, but that's OK) and her sweet potato crunch was amazeballs. The place was full of Carhartt wearing working men, all were regulars. Sorry it took me so long to get courage enough to eat there. Don’t let this book get judged by its cover, the food is great. Highly recommend, classic southern fried chicken joint, w wonderful staff and prices.“
