“By far best staff of any Starbucks I have ever been too. Summer, Isabelle, Michael and the others are all so great. They know you by name and know your coffee order. I stop by in the morning before work and the line is always moving fast. Coffee is always made perfectly. Inside is very clean. 10/10“
“Wonderful! I just went in for the coffee, but the books were a nice combo deal. I especially appreciated the rare ladder on wheels. As far as the coffee shop - the servers were pleasant and quick and the drinks were just right.“

“Ordered on the mobile app at 12:47 am but the store closed at 12:00 am. Apparently there was a system update that messed up their hours of operation. I live all the way in Spartanburg so going into the store is not economical. I spoke with Nikki and she is going to send me my refund in the form of a gift card. Way easier than dealing with my credit card company. Nikki was extremely nice and was determined to make it right. :)“

“I hate when y’all give me stuff like this. I kind of feel cheated, considering the prices are high already. Y’all do my frappe’s a little dirtier though half the times they’re watery like chocolate milk. I love coming here though because the biscuits are so good but please do better McDonald’s please. Take pride in your work. Don’t give somebody something you wouldn’t eat yourself or drink. And for the love of God, please make sure the frappe machine stays with ice it benefits every single drink that comes out of that machine.“

“Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.
Kid-friendliness: This location is in a Target.“

“The barista on bar this morning with the face mask and black hat is a hoot. She'll chat with you like it's Sunday brunch with her friend and I love it! When she made my drink she asked if I was a "chai girly" and when I told her I never tried chai before she recommended me a hot chai with apple? Apparently it is her version of a "hug in a cup" and she could "feel" that I'm the type of person to "love a hug in cup form" that gave me a real chuckle! I'll definitely have to try her recommendation next time with such a sells pitch.“

“When I get there it was so full of soldiers to be, I made a big line but they served very fast.
I get a nice bacon sandwich it was so amazing and the price better

“I always have a positive experience with this group. I usually grab my Starbucks in the morning and the morning crew is always an absolute pleasure. Because I have become a regular they are familiar with my usual drink and will ask me before I make my request. They move swiftly and the quality of my order is always best.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this! They were a little slow, but it was about 8am, so it was expected. I ordered the new Wicked Drink, and the barista who made it for me was super nice (she was darker skinned with brown curly braids). They all looked super stressed, so I felt like I’d give her the deserved props. Tense work environment, but the drink was good and the employee put that to the side and was friendly with me as were a good bit of the employees, she just stood out a bit more :).“

“UPDATE: The wait time and accuracy of orders have been significantly improved since the original review thankfully.
THE slowest Starbucks. Ordering takes forever, getting your order takes forever, and then once you do get it it's usually wrong. Half the time the employees are rude also. Expect to wait 10+ minutes for your order and then add more time to account for them having to remake your order.“
