“The lady who treated us was So nice and she smiled the whole time and she even asked us if our cookie looked right just in case and she let me change a cookie and the cookies were amazing not baked to deal hard but not underbake to wear. They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“Many great flavors! I really enjoyed this and Gong Cha at the same time. I would recommend it if you want ice cream in the 5 Points area that isn't overly sweet but very flavorful. The ice cream isn't as fluffy as regular ice cream but is so much richer.
Dietary restrictions: Mainly dairy.“

“My grand daughter and I have been coming in 1-2 times per week for several weeks. We LOVE it! The place is absolutely immaculate and the selection is great! There are numerous frozen yoghurt places in Lexington, but we are attached to Sweet Frog! Miss Wendy is so friendly! My grand daughter loves her!“

“Please go visit this place. It is run by a great business leader in the Columbia mall to the left of the merry go around if facing it. He has great treats for a great price and it’s a fun place to take you and your kids for some family fun ! Watch your kids faces as they see you make magic in their eyes and you put a piece of the fruit in your mouth and see smoke pouring out of your mouth !!! They will tell all their friends how you and brag on your magic . He is a wonderful person with a huge personality and will make your purchase a pleasure and make sure you are pleased and if not he will go out of his way to make things right for you !!! “We went to Baked Bear on Saturday, January 7th. When we got there, the line was out the door (it's delicious so I get it). As we get inside I realize this 1 girl is working alone. Her name was Natasha I believe. She was amazing. She welcomed each person when they came in, had a smile on her face the entire time, and made us all some delicious treats. This girl deserves a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business I would be trying to take her from you 😁. It very unusual to see this kind of work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. I hope the manager/owner reads this message and realizes the gem of an employee you have. Also, your cookies are delish!“

“The ice cream is wonderful! We always bring people who visit us here for a treat. My husband is somewhat put off by one of the young girls who works there. Says she will roll her eyes if the kids are too slow ordering. I've only witnessed this once and yes, I do try to hurry the kids along to be courteous to the families behind us but hey, we've waited in line too and our guests are always new to this ice cream shop so hopefully the workers will try to be patient when little ones are their customers.“

“The place was empty, which was good. I have never been so that gave me some time to look t options together, see the signature options, explore the store and talk to marjolaine.I love ice cream, so I highly do recommend everythingI got the new Autumn caramel apple and it's delicious, its my lunch, ice cream for lunch can't go wrong

“Scoopy Doo is a fantastic gelato shop with friendly service and delicious gelato! I tried the blueberry lemon lavender sorbet and peanut butter sorbet, and both were amazing. The blueberry lemon lavender was one of the best sorbets I've ever had - the flavors were perfectly balanced. The peanut butter sorbet was creamy and not too sweet, with a strong peanut butter flavor. Highly recommend!“

“Me and my family are here in Columbia for a business trip. We saw that other ppl complained about this location being slow. Of course a meal made to order is gonna take a Lil longer. The food was amazing and the crew was very professional. Ty for the great meal and experience. The next time we are in the area we will definitely will return.“
