“I normally order online. I wanted to meet who makes my food. There names was Patrick and Kelly! Amazing fast service.. Older lady was kinda rude but it was very hot so completly understandable. Kelly was strictly by veggie amount so of course I'm on a diet so it worked out great!“

“Had lunch today with my wife. The sandwiches were Excellent My wife had the Reedy Rueben and she said that her sandwich was the best that she ever had. I had the Italian sandwich and it was delicious and the best that I have ever had!! The staff was very polite and courteous. We will definitely be back!!“

“I love this Subway. The food is always great, and the restaurant is very clean. But the service outdoes it all. Emily, one of the workers here, is incredibly efficient, kind, and caring toward all customers. Her genuine compassion and hard work keep me coming back.“

“I mean the service is good enough anywhere I have went, but the food and shakes are my favorite "fast food" of anywhere I have ever been ever. JUST GO and get a oreo milkshake!! Service could always use work in a college town. But that's ok.“

“I ordered a Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak the other day and I am still in disbelief on how good that tasted. I had to call up just to see who made my meal… Mrs. Alyssa my taste buds are in love. Jersey Mikes has just became my #1 restaurant. God bless!“

“This was my first time eating Firehouse Subs and also using their rewards app. The experience was very easy and fast. Someone in my party was also ordering a sub in person as part of the May 6th Mike's Steak and Cheese Melt promotion, their experience was just as friendly. Both orders were delivered accurately. Can't wait to go back.“

“We came in Friday November 25 at 6:30ish. Whoever was working the counter and running food was amazing! We have four crazy kids and they got the order perfect. Very helpful, very yummy. Will definitely come back.“

“Awesome customer service! Food is always fresh and delicious :)“

“Lexi was awesome! I had a big ask, and she was very customer service focused, friendly, and very professional. I really appreciated Lexi’s help and will be sure to come back to the restaurant!
Karen was also very prompt and professional when I reached out to share feedback. Super impressed with their team!“

“Sunny and Pierre are absolutely amazing. They are short staffed so kind still had a smile on their face and created amazing Sandwiches. They didn’t complain like most people would in their situation. They were backed up and just the kindest. I helped open the store back in the day- honestly, if I had had them on my team, I would have stayed. I’m not even remotely kidding when I say they deserve a raise I know people say that a lot, but as a manager and food and beverage, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. You’re so lucky to have them.“
