I love Chipotle - but this location should be shut down. I have been here multiple times over the years and every time it is the same. It’s my love of the food from other locations that takes me back - and every time I’m blown away at how bad this location is. Whoever is managing this, consistently sees and replies to one star reviews but clearly the reviews change nothing. I’m sharing this for other consumers.

As someone who has previously eaten Chipotle 4-5x/wk this location could not be more disappointing. I think the same person must own every Chipotle in the Charleston area and intentionally hire people who could not possibly care less. Out of half the ingredients, employees moving in slow motion, and just generally a horrific experience.
