Panera Bread in Columbia

“Not cheap but super employees and extreme quality. They do seem to have inventory issues with the bread bowls for soup and not just this location. It took me 4 times recently to catch them in stock to enjoy that great black bean soup. Another time out of tuna which leaves pescatarians weak no choices for protein unless it's during black bean soup which is unfortunately only seasonal. The new Mediterranean grain salads rock.“

“Hadn't been to a Panera in two years or more. Had a great visit at this location recently. The cashier was enthusiastic and cheerful; I wish I could remember her name. The tomato soup and bread were comforting. The chocolate chip muffin was yummy, but I wish it were warm. The hot chocolate was less rich (creamy) and sweet then I prefer but it's hard to find amazing hot chocolate outside of a specialty dessert shoppe. I look forward to my next visit!“

“My only complaint is that my delivery order came wrong. I got two identical sandwiches, and my sister couldn’t eat hers due to it being made to my liking, and not hers, but I will eat it for her. Please double check delivery orders and label the sandwich’s, that would be great!“

“I had a fantastic chipotle chicken avocado melt. There appeared to be someone new working the counter. I was charged for bottles of water when we wanted cups of water but Eli, helped refund those! Eli gave great customer service. Food was great, customer service was great!“

I ordered to-go , the employee was very curious and professional .
My food was ready to pick up at the time she gave me, no waiting. Then the sandwich was phenomenal! Great job Panera!! All around great experience! I will be returning!“
