“Hadn't been to a Panera in two years or more. Had a great visit at this location recently. The cashier was enthusiastic and cheerful; I wish I could remember her name. The tomato soup and bread were comforting. The chocolate chip muffin was yummy, but I wish it were warm. The hot chocolate was less rich (creamy) and sweet then I prefer but it's hard to find amazing hot chocolate outside of a specialty dessert shoppe. I look forward to my next visit!“
“My only complaint is that my delivery order came wrong. I got two identical sandwiches, and my sister couldn’t eat hers due to it being made to my liking, and not hers, but I will eat it for her. Please double check delivery orders and label the sandwich’s, that would be great!“
“We experienced some issues with our catering order at Panera. as our order accidentally went out for deliveries instead of being available for pick up. This was definitely not an ideal situation, especially when we had a room full of clinicians waiting to be fed. However, I want to commend the staff for quickly locating the meals and getting food to our event with just a minimal delay.I truly appreciate the accountability shown by the manager and catering manager, who reached out to me directly to apologize for the mistake and offered to credit the order. While it was not the greatest day for us, it was reassuring to see them taking responsibility and making things right.I want to give credit to the staff and managers for their professionalism and willingness to rectify the situation. We will definitely continue to work with Panera in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.“
“I frequent Panera Bread locals everywhere, but particularly in Columbia. SC. The service is fast. Soup and sandwich is my favorite, because there is plenty of variety and quite delicious. Desserts are outstanding, I joined a few years ago and found that Panera Bread rewards loyal customers with treats and sometimes a meal. I have never been disappointed in the service or the food. Love the chain!“
“This place was so welcoming as soon as I walked in Jasmine the general manager was so nice and seeet and provided EXCELLENT service! The food tasted great and I highly recommend coming to this Panera over any other!If you’re in a funk or a bad mood this place is sure to cheer you up! “Parking: This location is positioned up to a shopping center so there a huge lot surrounding the store itself. But as for Panera’s own parking, it’s kinda tight. They have spaces for pick up, drive thru waiting right up front with the handicap spaces. This leaves only a few spaces “close” to the entrance, about 10-20… I feel like I’m being generous with that higher ends.
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant chain isn’t really kid friendly as a whole, not just this particular location. The kids menu is limited to a couple of sandwiches; ham & cheese, turkey & cheese, and grilled cheese. Then there’s Mac & cheese and 1 soup; broccoli and cheese.“
