“I had to call into this Chick-fil-a to inquire about picking up a catering order for a spur of the moment event. I spoke with Daniel Webber on the phone who was incredibly helpful and friendly, and was able to help me with getting the orders placed even though it was such a short time frame! As I entered the facility there all the workers were very friendly and smiling which provided an inviting atmosphere.There were greeters at that door which made it feel more personable. The facility was clean, and service was quick. Dominique was my cashier and he had a great personality and was very helpful. One of the best Chick-fil-A’s I have been to yet.“

“This place blew us away with the quality of the food. We were down for a day trip to Florence and wanted something other than typical chain restaurant food so we found this place and decided to try it. Best decision ever! Their bbq is banging and their burgers kept the dinner table quite as the whole crew were too busy eating! This is our new place to grab lunch or dinner when in town.“

“I ordered a Cobb salad, which came with bacon and chicken, which I didn't want, and they made it with chicken, and I told them I didn't want any meat, then they made it over, but forgot the cheese, I love cheese! So I asked for a refund and Sweet Madison, made sure my salad was prepared the right way, and it WAS. I was very HAPPY with my SALAD. Thank you Chick-fil-A. and Madison!!! I'll be back, but only when "Maddy" is working!☺“

“When I saw the drive thru was backed up to the street, I decided to do an online order. I finished my order at 6:18pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:23pm. I must admit, I was skeptical based on the drive thru line.I was pleasantly surprised!! I walked right in and my order was waiting on me. And the young adults working there were super kind and accommodating. I was impressed. I will be downloading the KFC app to hopefully get some sweet deals and discounts!!! Yum yum ????“

“It was a last minute decision to come here today, and I'm glad that I did. The service was fast and friendly.I tried the apple poppers, mashed potatoes/gravy, and nuggets. I wish I had tried the saucy nuggets. Everything was hot, flavorful, and filling, and my Pepsi was strong. I've been here over the years and it's been fine, but today stands out for some reason.“
