“We usually go to Sunday buffet, but ate seafood on Good Friday at Wagon Wheel. For like 20.95 to get the fisherman's platter, it was awesome and very generous in portion size. The salad bar was excellent, as was the waitress who took care of us. The restaurant is always filled with local residents, and everyone is cordial.“

“First time customer, waitress was friendly but had to ask other waitresses to find her to place our order , drink refills and to pay the bill. We both ordered burgers that were good but came out room temperature. Prices were very fair. Willing to try again but customer service really needs some attention.“

This restaurant business lives up to their name and definitely delivers especially when you know what you want and knowing how to order and speak your order properly so they will always read it back to you right and if it's wrong they'll always be courteous and helpful to fix the order so you'll leave happy, even if you order by phone.I definitely think people haven't truly given this place a chance and are discrediting the business yes "521 BBQ" definitely gives you BBQ if you order it from the menu and not just assume they don't have it. Please remember if you simply had a bad experience that it's understandable but don't leave a review bashing them saying they don't offer something if you haven't fully checked out their menu or bother asking and they always might have had employees that are new and I'd love to say that your employees deserve beyond a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review although they haven't been there for years, they're trying their best and are very helpful.Sending nothing but great vibes and once again hope to see each of these employees get a raise and 521 team of the year forget just a month cause the service was awesome!!!!!!“

“You have to go at the right time. Preferably 1st, 7am-2pm And not close to shift change. There is a lot that has to occur to get things ready for 2nd and if it's been busy that makes it even harder for both employees and Customers.Cindy is a great Master Grill Op and a wonderful server. You can tell she's been doing this for a while. Little Josh is like a madman when it's busy. But he does it with a smile. It's always dinner and a show.“
