“My daughter had her first prom this past weekend. I live out of state but I wanted to make sure her night was special. I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered. Lynn (and the hostess I spoke with) were so friendly and helpful! My daughter said her dinner was amazing and can’t wait to visit again! So refreshing to have such friendly and professional staff to communicate with!”

“I came to Penn Station in fort mill where Freda is the GM and Jay made our sandwiches. I just would like to say thank you so much for the amazing and kind service. Freda made us feel more than welcome and took the time to tell us about the menu and help us pick some sandwiches that we really enjoyed. She made us laugh and really wanna come back again. I look forward to coming back next Monday to try a new sandwich and hope to see them there again. Jay also made our sandwiches very well and they weren’t thrown together he actually took the time to make them look just as good as they taste. He did an amazing job and I hope that you all take care of them both.”

“My wife and I stopped here Friday night before dinner at a nearby restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights get very crowded but we were fortunate to grab 2 seats at the bar which is rather small. They specialize in MANY types of wine, craft beers and sangria. I’m had the Gailic Ale and an Oktoberfest, my wife had the red sangria. The atmosphere is that of a boutique book shop/winery. They offer a small selection of small bites that looked delicious. Very cool place . Prices were fair and we look forward to going back.”

“I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.”

“The service and most of the food was amazing last Saturday night. My brother had the Wagu steak it had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. The only problem was it was chewy and the fat seemed like it did not break down. Our server was amazing and said that she would get a manager. 20 minutes later the manager came over with an attitude. We explained the situation and he seemed not to care. Said every once in a while that even the best meat could be off. He did nothing to fix it and walked off like we wasted his time. Very disappointed in the manager’s lack of interest. Very satisfied and happy with our server.”

“My wife and I made reservations this past Friday. We were seated immediately at a very comfortable table. We had cocktails beforehand but noticed their lounge is spacious , we will be sure to have pre dinner drinks there next time. Our server was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. There happened to be the YOCO Trail week w/ special menu items at several restaurants in the area. So we were able to each choose an appetizer, entree and dessert for $35 each. We had the tortillas with lobster dip, a strawberry salad and they served warm bread with a tomato and olive oil sauce. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife had the salmon. We also chose the key lime pie and chocolate mousse cake. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

They have a salsa bar with about 6 different salsas with varying degrees of heat. I like spicy but just their mild was so flavorful. I will be back!”

“Tega Cay Deli truly has the best bagels around—especially when paired with their homemade cream cheese. We also love their chicken salad and the RB Cheddar Panini was a pleasant surprise! We ordered extra horseradish sauce adding just the right amount of kick. Plus, even during busy times, their line moves fast, making it easy to grab a great meal without the wait. We are so grateful to have them in our community!”

Today was actually my first time doing the pickup myself in Tega Cay (someone usually grabs it for me), and the process was incredibly simple and seamless. In and out, quick, easy, and well organized. Supporting a local small business that delivers this level of quality and convenience is a win all around. Not only did they respond within the hour, when I got there, they came out multiple times and made me feel like a appreciation customer. This is one of many reasons we drive passed several other pizza places, in rush hour traffic.”

“This place isn't bad. They have really fresh and light ingredients. The quality of the salmon and tuna is really good, and they have a nice variety.
But, it did take me trying this place 3 or 4 times before actually get something that I like, and I think its because the poke sauce just isn't good and it comes on every thing. So if you don't like it the first time try it without the poke sauce next time.
They do have tofu!”

“The food quality and flavors at this restaurant are excellent. I visited for the weekend buffet breakfast and was very pleased with the variety and taste of the dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.

The only downside was the use of Styrofoam bowls and cups for hot food and beverages. Styrofoam is not only harmful to the environment, but it’s also not ideal for health — especially when used with hot foods and drinks. It would be much better if the restaurant considered compostable or other alternatives.

Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food. I hope management will look into more eco-friendly and health-friendly serving options.”

The outdoor area has lots of seating with plenty of shade in the summer and fire pits in the cooler weather. The Dining Car is the food truck serving fantastic food. A great place to host a special event!”

“Karaoke Thursday was awesome. Several very talented singers were in the house. The draft beer selection seemed extensive however several of the options were unavailable. Surprisingly there were no seasonal options such as pumpkin or Octoberfest beers. Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks filled throughout the evening. One low point was the food offerings. We ordered several items and everything seemed to be frozen and not freshly prepared in house. Specifically the chicken strips ordered were of good quality however were processed frozen strips. The burgers are angus grade according to the menu but are frozen. One positive note is they have tater tots. All of the food received was hot and prepared as expected. The prices for the food and beer are reasonable. Overall. A good time and a fun time.”

“I went to Hobo's last night for a friend's birthday. We sat outside for karaoke. I have wanted to sing karaoke for awhile but I've always been way too nervous!! DJ Swin (please tag him!) did such an awesome job at hyping up the audience AND the singers! it didn't matter what your singing ability was he made you feel great about getting up there! People were being silly and having fun which is what karaoke is all about! So when my hubby asked me to sing with him I did! I got up there and actually had a lot of fun. So thank you for hosting this and thank you to DJ Swin for making this a really welcoming event! We'll be back!”

We frequent the Foxhole often simply because Janet and David are some of the best bartenders around. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill location.”

“My first time getting Toppers Pizza, a pizza chain out of Wisconsin. We picked up one of each crust type (hand tossed, thin and pan) to see what we liked best. The 3 topping Large for $9.99 is a pretty good deal that they have going right now.

We all agreed that the hand tossed was the best crust type. Pan was a little on the dense side, I honestly thought I was going to like that one the best.

Cheesebread was pretty good, but I like the dipping sauces from other chains better.

This location is carry out only. We did love the throne that they had outside, great picture opportunity!”

“Everything Megan does she pours her heart into. The details in her cookies are impeccable and her macarons are the tastiest we’ve ever had! She even designed a custom “press for champagne” cookie for our truck and made so many sample combinations until the cookie design was just perfect! Megan also has all the fun toys like a food printer and a Glowforge for custom cake toppers. She even printed our truck on a tiny macaron. How cool is that?!? We love to use Made by Megan Jayne bakery and always recommend her to our clients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

The cake was a super hit, how I wished to have ordered for a bigger cake for everyone to enjoy it. I will never looks for another baker than Medha in future. Thank you Medha!!”

“My family and I ate at Hanako last night, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We ordered miso and hot soups along with several rolls — spicy salmon, spicy tuna, volcano, dragon, and the Hanako roll. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Even though the restaurant was short-staffed, our food arrived on time, and the staff remained attentive. The bathrooms were also very clean, which I appreciate. The only drawback for me was that the lighting was a little dim.

Overall, Hanako serves the best sushi in the Indian Land area. When I’m craving sushi locally, this is my go-to spot!”
