“Im a google guide. I decided to order three times thos week at different hours and one was just after their festival event began.

This restaurant gave me some of the fastest and most consistent service ive experienced post pandemic. Youll get your order, your condiments and even enough napkins. It ends up being worth it especially if they continue a rewards program that pays out.

Irony though....i work seasonal at UPS but never could get a part time job here just a block away...everyones nice here that ive interacted with.“

“I absolutely love Chick fila! Outstanding customer service! Nice attitudes, fast and friendly service! Not to mention my Chicken Wrap was awesome! I haven't had a good chicken wrap in a long time and boy did chick fila make me happy! I'll definitely be back. I was in and out within ten minutes max and the line was long but they are fast! “Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!

“This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.

“Loved the food, and the service exceptional. Parking not so great, especially during busy hours. Parking lot full, except for the parking for chikfila delivery only section which was completely empty. Probably better utilized for customers.“
