“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

Vegetarian options: You can get whatever you want on a sandwich.

“Probably one of the best Auntie Anne’s we’ve been to in terms of friendliness and awesome customer service. The taste of the food is a given… it’s good but, some other locations we’ve been to seem like your inconveniencing them by buying their food. Not this though.“

“This location has been the least accommodating based on my experience. Today, the bread on my 10ct minis was undercooked. They tasted like dough but I didn't go back to the store. I consider baking them a little more when I got home, but I just threw them away. Hopefully this review will be read, and my order gets replaced.“

“We’ve always loved Raising Canes Chicken! We need to get some locations in the Columbia SC area so we don’t have to drive over an hour to get it. 😂 The chicken fingers are always fresh and crispy and fries are very tasty too. They’ve got the good ice. Sweet tea is delicious.“

“Five Guys came through for us! I needed a catering order and couldn’t get it booked online, so I called the store directly. They were incredibly prompt, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish.
We picked up the order, and everything was ready when promised. The food was hot, fresh, and got rave reviews around the office.
What stood out most was the customer service. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear they care about taking care of the customer.

“We come here every week. It is my grandsons favorite place to eat. The fries are always hot and fresh, the service is always fast and friendly and the dining area is kept clean. We love the flavor of the day treat that is included in the kids meals!“

“Had pizza, one with gluten friendly crust, other with traditional crust. The gluten friendly crust was firm and held the cheese, sauce, and toppings well. The ability to customize (unlimited) toppings was welcome. My son chose cucumber as one topping and really liked it. We also got a customized mixed greens salad as well as iced tea. Food was delicious, service was courteous and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The music was alternative, which I particularly like. We are visiting for a skating competition, but I would definitely return if in the area.“

“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.

“I drove 15 minutes just to get Arbys. I was literally the only customer in the 20 minutes I was there. I ordered a Double beef and cheddar and asked for 4-5 Horsey sauces. I was pulled up to wait for fries. When I got home there were 0 sauces and the sandwich was tiny. Not even a single. On top of that, the fries were cold sooo...why was I even pulled forward. I waited for 16 minutes after paying. I can see why yall don't have any customers. Yall need to go ahead and shut it down.“

“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“

“This restaurant had great food that came out quickly. We ordered two meals and a burger. The drinks took over 20 minutes to come out. We look over the counter, and there are two employees working the two windows, while one lady had to switch back and forth between front counter and drive thru. As I'm sitting here writing this review, 5 separate people are waiting for their order to be taken. Management needs to rethink their labor policy because there are not enough people for this DINNERTIME rush. These poor employees are being pushed back and forth from their posts.“

“I find it unfair for the workers here, in this heat the AC isn't doing it job to cool down the building and they are sweating back there. The floors are hard back there behind the cashier's desk and will cause major fatigue on their feet and lower backs. I'm visiting from ga to see family and these ladies I saw keep up with the great service but the conditions are not good for them. I'm sure the district managers can do much better job to help store and supervisors here at this store. Sheesh. But I received phenomenal service and was greeted with smiles. But I see otherwise when I was eating I can see the fatigue.“

“I am a loyal chic fil a customer! I mean they are top notch compared to other fast food places and honestly the only place I eat when grabbing something quick. The professionalism, politeness, and quick service keeps this customer happy. However…..I do have a complaint. I wanted to start this off with a positive because while I never leave reviews, I feel like this complaint needs to be noted. The delivery app needs a serious update. How can I make a lunch order at 8:30AM with no issues and it be delivered when it says it will be, but if I make one at 9:30AM the lunch items are not available until 10:10?? Please make it make sense. I had to wait around until 10:10 to place a lunch order and was told by the app it would be delivered within 30 minutes at the most. Ok not an issue because my kids lunch isn’t until 11:00, so plenty of time to get there. It took an hour for this food to be delivered and the location is 5 minutes from there. That’s insane to me. When I called to speak to someone to see why my food was not in route yet, it took 6 times for someone to finally pick up the phone and Stacy assured me at 10:51 the food was on the way. Well 5 minutes later I get a text telling me the food was in route and John did not get there until 11:15. I get having to bs to keep customers from getting irate with you on the phone but obviously my order was forgotten about and this is a serious flaw in the app that needs to be addressed.“

“Stopped in 5/6 at 1:30 for my first time in years, my wife wanted to try their Nurses day promotion. These folks could not be friendlier! They had us laughing.
If you don’t like your pizza, that’s on you, because these ingredients are really fresh and flavorful, and you can really go nuts with it. Both pizzas were nice and crispy with a cracker crust. But the service will bring me back, I want to try a salad. Thanks again!“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“We stopped by at 9:00pm. This was hands down the best Taco Bell we’ve been to in decades. It reminded why I liked it in the first place. My bean burrito was fresh hot and I forgot it came with onions. My beef taco was perfectly made with fresh lettuce and not dried out cheese. My family loved what they got! The owner/chef shared that he is open at this location on Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 4pm unless it rains or snows. Chill guy. Under 15min wait time for freshly grilled food.

Got the brisket cheesesteak, excited to try the brisket burger next time! He used Amoroso cheesesteak rolls which were soft and thick enough to prevent a soggy sandwich enveloped in foil. Good amount of brisket which was so tender! Unlike the Charley's Cheesesteaks, Quan's cheesteaks were not soggy nor runny with juices and were not a mess to eat on the go.“

“This cookout let me down a couple times on my trip to Charleston recently. Got what appeared to be 1 side worth of Cajun fries and the world's smallest double burger on my last trip. Im cook outs number 1 supporter in my book. I eat at every one I can and always expect the best which I usually get except this location. And I had to go back to get the lettuce i requested for my burger but did get crunchy bacon as I asked for this time. Thats why they got 3 stars its still cookout and I was partially heard but the quality of the fries and burger were lacking this time and the others I went to this location.“

“I love the Checkers on Ashley Phosphate! I ordered the 2 for $8 combo with 4 hot dogs all the way, and they were delicious. The chili tastes homemade and exactly how I like it. I live downtown and will drive all the way here just for their hot dogs. Great job to the cook and kitchen staff very happy customer!“
