She even designed a custom “press for champagne” cookie for our truck and made so many sample combinations until the cookie design was just perfect! Megan also has all the fun toys like a food printer and a Glowforge for custom cake toppers. She even printed our truck on a tiny macaron. How cool is that?!? “The Best Crepe in Charlotte! I have been coming to Crepe Bistro for almost 5 years now. It has become my daughter and I favorite spot for our Sunday morning father/daughter time. She always orders her "usual" nutella crepe with chocolate ice cream. Even when we call to order for pick up, she asks for the "usual" and the super friendly staff knows what that is❤️. This wonderful place will be part of our memories through our whole life. She was about 10 when they opened, and now at 15 she is driving me to Crepe Bistro (permit driving practice). The rest of the family has tried the Elvis Presley, Strawberry cheesecake, Belgian waffle, and we love them. Kind staff, and great food for the whole family. Simply the Best Crepe in Charlotte.“

We went with the two-egg plate with bacon, swapped grits for hash browns, and toast. The rye toast was legit and definitely the way to go. Eggs were over-easy and perfectly runny, just how we like them. The food was good. Basically what you’d expect from a classic diner and a great deal at $8.49 each. There’s also a bakery with lots of tempting options, and we noticed fresh, hot apple cider donuts as we were leaving… definitely going back for those soon! Overall, it’s a great fast-casual breakfast spot at a reasonable price. Plus, it’s always fun walking around and shopping afterward as the Peach Stand is full of local gems. 🍑“
