“A nice little coffee shop. I love that they have everything from danish and treats to breakfast food. I got the bagel with egg and bacon today. It was tasty. They have good coffee as well. The girls have even made me a chocolate sundae as well when I was craving icecream. Good job on the customer service. The only advice I would say is to make sure the staff does not rush you out right at close. This has happened to us a few times and it doesn’t make you feel as welcome coming in Later.“
“Smells soooooo good in here. Love this place! Orange is my favorite color and this place makes me happy!!!! We tried the flight; it comes with ice cream we tried the sweet potatoe pecan cobbler, caramel apple cobbler, Oreo banana pudding and bourbon pecan banana pudding. Takes about 10 mins to prepare the order, there is a porch to hang out on while you wait. EVERYTHING was delicious. I cannot wait to come back and try more options! The flight is the best way to go!“

“I can’t believe how good this place was. The vibe, the welcoming and smiling staff, the food … all totally on point. The coffees- we tried hot and cold- were each THE BEST we’ve had in Charlotte…no contest. No paper cups here if you eat in… coffee only as it should be served: in real mugs on saucers with decorative art in the foam that holds while you drink it. The bahn mi sandwich was light and tasty like it should be- loved the bulgogi one. The bread was beyond anything I’ve found locally. I can’t say enough to express my delight with this place… a hidden gem in Matthews that you NEED to experience!!?“
“I tried a variety of different things here which included the Cold Cut Classic banh mi, Summer Rolls, Pate Chaud, and macarons. The French bread for the banh mi was wicked crispy and the fillings were fresh and tasty. The summer rolls were also fresh and the crispy fried spring roll sticks inside them added a really nice textural component. The macarons were alright but the Pate Chaud was one of my favorite things I tried here besides the banh mi which was pretty good too. The Pate Chaud were just baked so they were still warm, soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside, and the filling was delicious. Definitely a good spot to check out if you wanted to try a variety of different Vietnamese foods.“

The cakes shown in the review are Butterscotch Eggless flavor, big one is full sheet (50 people) and small one is Quarter sheet (15-20)The cakes were just out of the world, truly authentic Butterscotch Indian flavor that we all miss. Every single person in both the parties repeatedly asked where we got the cakes from. We have tried and tasted other bakers in the city as well but these are by far, the most delicious ones ever. “We called prior to arrival to determine if the menu was the same all day. The staff couldn't have been nicer and even offered to add us to the wait-list. Upon arrival we were day almost immediately. It was a beautiful day and day at the tables outside in the garden area. The menu items are consistent with other restaurants, like pancakes or eggs; however, the items are made very different and unique. All of the food seemed very fresh and was delicious. We had a small hiccup during our visit and management quickly addressed our concerns. We will definitely be back.“

We went for vegan option and maybe we should not do it, cream was too sweet and thick, also we paid extra for raspberry filling and unfortunately there wasn’t much of it between layers but plenty of cream. “I placed an online order to celebrate my husbands birthday. I saw the tiered cake images online but didn't see an option to order online, so instead I placed an order for both the 8" and 10" and figured I'd stack them myself. Upon my arrival to pick up, the staff asked if I had wanted them tiered and quickly did this for us. They were also very knowledgeable about ingredients due to food allergies in our group. We had ordered both the key lime and the strawberry. Both were outstanding and moist! My husband's favorite was the key lime! Thank you for nailing it Nothing Bundt Cakes!!“

I stopped by late night to buy a cake because I didnt realize they were all pretty much made to order. “Holy cow their food is good! I don’t know what they are called and have never eaten Brazilian food, but will have it again. Each pastry had a unique flavor. We especially like the one with sesame seeds on top, it has a rich ground beef, ham, cheese and spice mixture in the middle. The staff couldn’t have been lovelier. Great place!“
