“Had a great experience here! There was a small miscommunication when I ordered two Chick-fil-A Cool Wraps and I ended up getting two Deluxe Sandwiches instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got the food, but when I went back and explained it, Emma and her coworker Ricky were super nice and helpful! They gave me the two Cool Wraps I originally wanted and even let me keep the two Deluxe Sandwiches for free!! Really appreciated how friendly and understanding they were. Great customer service and they handled the whole situation really well!“

However, I just got an email where they offered me rewards for the mixup. This kind of service is phenomenal and not what I expected from a chain, but much appreciated!“

As a teenager, my son decided that he wanted to eat at Five Guys for his birthday, and ever since then, we go to Five Guys yearly on and shortly after his birthday. My son orders the exact same burger and size french fries each year. Despite our personal feelings, my son enjoys a burger and fries from Five Guys. During this visit, he was given a free drink (no, staff was not aware it was his birthday). My son said, “the burger was well seasoned and cooked well. The burger was served without any distractions from toppings. Cheese was the topping. He was not asked if he wanted any toppings. I think he liked it better without the toppings, and in the end, that turned out to be best. The fries were well seasoned (I had a few). Overall, another successful birthday burger meal at Five Guys. I am a very thankful mom.“
