“Stopped through on a whim. Pulled pork and brisket were great. Mac and cheese wasn’t for me but was decent. Green beans were… green beans.
Outside looked a little rough but I’m not there to oggle the decor. Just give me the food. A couple tables inside and out but not somewhere you come to sit and have your meal.
Other locals may come at me, but the meat was better than city limits and I didn’t have to stand in line 🙃“

“1st time trying this great tasting establishment. I’m a BBQ fan, everywhere we travel I try and find the local go to spot, this one did not disappoint. The Brisket was amazing, the sides were all great as well. Portions were very filling, staff was super friendly.“

“I've dealt with Mission BBQ in Columbia a few times now. Every time they exceed my expectations. Deseray and Cayce both gave exceptional service and the food was amazing. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat or to cater a work event!“

“Loved this Mom and Pop style food stop. Reminds me of the old corner kitchens from when I was younger.
I got the cheeseburger basket all the way, which came with fries and also got a small side of onion rings. The fries were seasoned perfectly and that burger was MASSIVE! I snacked on the onion rings during my drive so I didn't get a chance to get a picture of them but they were great, too!
If you are looking for that original, small-town, corner kitchen feel, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back anytime I am in this part of town.
Parking: Parking is slim and you may have to park on one of the side streets but the the food is worth it.“

“First time visitor, will not be the last. In town for the day, brother in law, a bbq judge, suggested True saying it’s the best hash he’s ever had. Have resisted hash my entire life, but tried it due to his recommendation. Wow, it was good, collards/Mac n cheese were good and the chopped pork was great, as it doesn’t need sauce, great flavor right off the smoker. Milton, the owner and pit master sat with us for a bit and talked bbq; that was an unexpected treat. Bought a couple pounds of Q to take home to North Carolina. Looking forward to a return trip. Also, the place was hospital clean. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their restaurant.“

“Been to Sandhills and Harbison few times for hotpot. Food fresh, environment spacious and staffs all great/friendly/helpful. Only difference, both branches with different menu. Sandhill don’t have free flow ice cream and longan as dessert. Soup base, I personally like their Korean seafood tofu and my kids like their tomato/miso.“

“First time here, I’m originally from north where there’s good Chinese food and have yet to find it in this area, I was recommended this place from a nurse at an urgent care and since I’ve been unsuccessful so far, gave it a chance… love the rice, reminds me of home, hands down best I’ve had in the 2 years I’ve been here, egg rolls good, crab Rangoon yummy too, not a huge fan of the lo mein though and the order wasn’t 100% right as they were missing my white rice but overall would return again specifically for that pork fried rice“

“I didn't try their BBQ but I got some of their pork skins and the smoked flavor that was in them plus with just a hint of salt makes them so good and by far the best I've ever eaten and I've tasted plenty different kinds before so the next time that I go there I'm try their BBQ meat“

“This is a small, quiet family bar/grille spot just off the lake. I had the tri-tip fajitas, and they were EXCELLENT. Not only the fajitas themselves; the beans on the side were delicious whether eaten solo or with the fajita, and the pico de gallo was extremely fresh and on-point. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended!“

“Took my Hubby here for his Birthday , because he wanted Spicy Mango Haberno for his Friday Supper BD. We already had Prime Rib and did the Burger thing earlier in the week. He said these were better than Ale House which was his fave, and hotter. He also did Garlic Parmesean. I got the Carolina Dip,and Onion Rings. Can I say Buffalo Portions at Hummingbird Prices, we were shocked at how inexpensive it was. I loved the Sports Bar Atmosphere. We will definitely be bk. Thanks for Being a Awesome Eating Establishment with" Big Behind" Portions, because we had leftovers.“

“Great food for a traveler. Being from Texas, I order the burger as always and it was great! Baked sweet potato and chicken stripe were good too. Only prob was the look I got when I asked from white gravy to dip chicken in. It's a thing in Texas.“
