We all got bowls. There was alot of food in those bowls! Definitely getting what you pay for if not more!
No soap in bathrooms (how are employees washing hands?) no forks, no lids, no straws, every table dirty with food, trays being reused without being washed. Management/owners should be more on top of it, seems like they are nonexistent.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a great location with fresh food. Many customers enjoy the food and find the portions wonderful. The staff is often welcoming and provides great customer service. One employee is known for greeting everyone and having an upbeat attitude. Another worker did a fantastic job and was kind and attentive. The store is clean, and the order ahead pickup window is a plus. However, some reviews mention issues. The service can be consistently unfriendly, inept, and slow. The portions are sometimes abnormally small, and the parking lot spaces are unnecessarily small. The chips are often stale, which is disappointing for the price. Overall, there is room for improvement, but with standards and leadership, it can get better.
