“Stuck for 5 hours at UbreakIFix last week, these employees spent a fair amount of their day with me. Several amazing coffees later, I'm very thankful for their customer service. They were friendly to everyone who walked in the door. They didn't stop the entire 5 hours, working hard and speaking kindly and friendly to each customer. This is refreshing in a busy area. They knew their customers mattered and it's appreciated since it's such a simple service. 5 stars.... everything was clean, friendly service, great food and drinks. Highly recommend and very grateful.“

“There were only 2 employees working , michael and treasure when I walked in. I was very impressed at their teamwork with only 2 individuals. I also love how they fixed an issue that I had with my food. Some people can be overwhelmed but they stayed calm.“
