“We had no reservations. Walked in, and the kitchen was only cooking orders that had already been placed. The chef/owner offered us seats at the bar and his special homemade pasta with meatballs for 2. The bartender was very attentive, funny accommodating and the food was amazing True Italian dishes. everyone we came in contact with with was friendly and accommodating”

“We had a great time seeing the cover band Zero to Never! We were a little confused about either food service or music venue. Had to run down the street for dinner before the show. It was a driving rain so we didn't get the full beachside experience. There were 3 bachelorette parties, a mix of college and older folks. Everyone had a great time. Sipped on straight Don Julio. No seats during the show.”

“Scott and Daniel make excellent cocktails! Sydney was quite possibly the best server on the island, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient yet unobtrusive. The views are lovely and can be enjoyed from nearly any seat. This restaurant has some of the best appetizers! It became our go-to for afternoon snacks and refreshments.”

“My husband and I stayed at the resort, it was a nice resort. We had breakfast and lunch at Woodys, I would recommend the Brawley breakfast sandwich. It was fantastic and the cook was great with remembering how we liked our order cook. The cashier Lashawn was great she greeted us every morning with a smile and our cups of coffee and gave us great places to visit in Charleston. Woodys was actually the best tasting food on the resort and it was nicely decorated for the holidays.”

“We were there on Sept 12th about 5pm.... the restraunt is so busy during regular dinner hours (understandable because the food is delicious) .... my advice is to try going on off hours ... because the server staff is so over-stimulated with too many customers/tables to handle during the heavily trafficked dinner rush ... however we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the kitchen does a great job of taking the time to make each dish deliciously perfect even in the face of overcrowded chaos ... thank you to the boathouse kitchen staff for making our meal perfect when the rest of the house was going crazy”

“Super cute place with great sandwiches and frozen rose. A decent wide variety of sandwiches and were delicious. Only issue is we put in the order and did have to wait a little (they were definitely understaffed which is fine). Overall good food and drinks- recommend”

“The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Our server was very professional and poised. He checked in often but was not over-bearing. I had the mussels to start. They were AMAZING! I can't remember having them so fresh and tasty. My husband had a salad and said it was delicious. My dinner was the filet and my husband had duo lambs - Melt in your mouth - outstanding!!! It was the perfect dinner for our 10th wedding anniversary.”
