“I absolutely LOVE eating at BIG WOK. I work about 1 minute from the restaurant and I make that stop at least 4 - 6 times a month. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! I cannot think of a time that I had any problem with my order/food. THANK YOU JOHN for your world class customer service.“

“Never been an egg roll guy but gah damn I ate the whole thing. The sesame chicken could’ve used more sesame seeds but the taste MORE than made up for it! I got the plain lo mein as the side and it was delicious covered in the sauce from the sesame chicken. 10/10 Chinese food“

“I love it here I go about once a week when I can sneak away without the family it gets pretty pricey paying for 3 since we all like to order the whole menu. I usually deal with Michelle she’s super friendly and has made it a point to learn my name. The last 2 times I went she was not there but there is a new gentleman who is great. The reason I took 2 stars off service is because of the last waitress she rushed me and didn’t really care to check in. They have a full time sushi guy back now which is a plus and it’s always fresh“

“It's a really impressive buffet. I saw something like 6 rows of steam trays. Everything from sushi to seafood to fried and baked chicken to broccoli and beef and the like. I'll definitely be back. Lots of variety, and the quality was very solid for an all you can eat joint.“

“Ugh, darn pandemic! Usually in b.c. days, the food here was tasty and plentiful. We did take out, was craving coconut chicken and Vietnamese rolls. It's not good this round.
Update: So much beter!! Finally, I got my coconut chicken and Vietnamese rolls. ?“

“The food here is really good , always tastes fresh and hot. The staff is friendly, and the orders get filled pretty quickly. They also do have an area to dine in, although I hardly ever see people dining inside. They also appear to be pretty clean . My only issue with them is when I ask them to prepare my shrimp well done ,they always say ok,but they never do😒“

“I had a late night craving for some chinese food. Called them about 20 minutes before they closed and they still told me the food would be ready in about 10 minutes. I also was having trouble with payment because I forgot I locked my Credit Card the night before. I also did not realize at the moment, they are closed Sunday, so they were ready to go but even so they showed patience and the Chicken Lo Mein was awesome! Definitely will be back 👍“

“I stopped in there on Friday night to get supper. The food was out of this world they went above my expectations. Thank you y’all for the best food I’ve had since I moved down here in 2003. Y’all rocked my tastebuds to heaven and back. BRAVO!!!!!!“

“I got the small Crab Ragoon (6!) and a Pint of Wonton Egg Drop Soup to go. Even after arriving at my destination the food was still piping hot! The crab Ragoon were really good and I'm a fan of the shape they are here. The triangles are just easier to eat. The red sauce that came with them was good too. I like the soup as well but it was a little more on the bland side. But the prices are unbeatable. My order was less than $8.00!“

“We popped in here and grabbed lunch before we went to the movies. I am picky about my Chinese but this was really good. I ordered the general tso plate and my fiance ordered a triple delight which had beef, chicken and shrimp. It was very good portions. They separate the meat from the rice in the to go container an I liked that. Food was very good and hot. You could see the steam coming off of it when you opened the container. Will definitely eat here again when we are in Charlotte and want chinese. This is a take out situation no where to dine in.“

“It's a Panda Express. In a theme park. So, you know, the food you're used to without the atmosphere. Pros: They're part of the dining plan! Whether you bought the Funday Bundle ticket with all-day dining or the actual meal plan, they've got you covered. Also, the portions are generous. If you're a fan of the Panda, it won't disappoint.
Cons: Like any theme park restaurant, get ready to fork over about $6 if you want a drink besides the complimentary cup of water.
Kid-friendliness: The plates are pretty big. If you've got little ones with smaller appetites, you might be able to get away with splitting a plate! Just ask for an extra plate when you order; they don't mind.“

“Prices were good for the portions received. Selection is limited but decent. Tastes like you'd imagine Chinese food from the mall to taste. Overall, it was a decent experience, and we've been back a couple of times for some cheap, local grub.“

“While dinner for 2 was more expensive than the average Chinese restaurant it was well worth it. I ordered the Pepper Steak and a Shrimp with mixed Vegetables. The food was expertly cooked. Steak and shrimp were tender and seasoned to perfection with FRESH ingredients. Food flavors were perfectly balanced and not obnoxiously salty, including the pork fried rice. Their egg drop soup was one of the best I have ever had.“

“They haven't offered dine in since COVID. Their meals are still amazing. I ordered spicy house fried rice, no onions and no pork. I also ordered honey chicken with white rice for my daughter. The color of the fried rice was attractive and food quality is great. This place is my go-to chinese place..“

“Great food and they do the best they can with the people they got. I think they're short staffed but the lady at the cash register was working hard! She seems like a great worker. At the kitchen they're working as quick as possible and they all seem like great workers. My only complaint is that the chicken is often overcooked. Everything else is wonderful“

“I ordered fried rice to go with a meal i had prepared for some guests i had visiting from out of town. I was so angry and embarrased when i got home with that yellow rice !!! It ruined our meal. They have some great dishes..they should know how to prepare a simple dish like fried rice ...what a waste of money. I threw it out, no one wanted it. I like these people and do not want to hurt the business, soI do recommend the Sa cha chicken and Dragon & Phoenix. Please just fix your fried rice.
