Went Into Lexington location Monday Evening 2-16-2026. to get takeout. I
wanted to try the Chicken Al Pastor. The young lady who waited on me was fantastic. She let me try the chicken before she made our Burrito Bowls. She was friendly and attentive. The food was hot and fresh with the exception of the Caso. It was thick and chunky (but I still ate it.) It was the first time in a long time since we have been there but will defiantly go back.

The food has SO much flavor! Please don’t cut back on how you do things 😂. You guys are the only local chipotle we prefer to come to because of this. Plus the employees are always so nice!
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding this Chipotle location. I visit this restaurant regularly, but the repeated shortages and poor customer service have become completely unacceptable.
