McDonald's in Lexington

“We don’t often dine at McDonalds or go through their drive thru. Usually our experiences there are not the best. But our rare stop at this location was excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful. Ordering at the kiosk was easy to navigate, the place was clean, and the trash was not overflowing. :) (We were disappointed that there were no squishmallows in the happy meals, but that is not the fault of the employees.) We were impressed with our visit and plan to stop again at this location for our next McDonald’s meal.“

“I just want to say Thank You McDonald's for always getting my order right, I come im everyday and I order a ice caramel coffee, but I always ordered my iced caramel coffee with a lot of extra shots of caramel, and they've always gotten it right, some places other McDonald's I go to does not get it right, so I really just want to say a big thank you, to the McDonald's on Southlake Drive, y'all are the best y'all give excellent experiences to your customers, thank you so very much.“

“We came to this McDonald’s on a hot day because of its large playplace. We travel a lot and this is the largest play place I’ve seen in years. It’s 3 stories tall with a slide and it has stuff for big and little kids including a small toddler area as well as seating in the play area. The food was delivered to our table quickly. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t bring any straws or napkins with the food and the smores McFlurry was really terrible and artificial tasting. There’s a LOT of tables/seating at this location and I believe they have free wifi, I saw a couple people working on their laptops. Restrooms were clean.“

“Same as always, food is good. What surprised me this time is that drive thru went a lot faster than normal. Who ever was working that day. And I mean everyone involved from the window to the cooks. Everyone was on the ball. That's awesome and very very rare. Have a great day“

“This was probably the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, even if the interior styling looks like a prison cafeteria. We were here around 9am on 8-13-2024 and the guy working the front and bring out the food was fantastic, and I wish I had asked his name on the way out so he could get the credit he deserves, but the food was hot and fresh too so the whole team should get a shoutout. This is what I wish all fast food restaurants could be.“

“This is your average McDonalds as far as what you want, get, etc. VERY busy though… because of location BUT Jen was definitely an ABOVE Average employee and made things go smoother than one that isn’t busy. She did her job WELL and got things right and quick with the help of her team members. Awesome job McD’s. You better keep her!!!! On 03/29/25 at approximately 9:45am“
