McDonald's in Lexington

“The Big Mac looked like the actual picture, which is so rare! The cashier was so kind and thoughtful with our order. Patiently helped us with a smile. I her name was Shakiya. She even brought our food to us on a cart, which is unheard of for McDonald's. It was legit Chic Fil A service. It was very clean and the chairs were so cute.

Now some other employees acted like they hate their job. But overall, it was a nice restaurant.“

“I just want to say Thank You McDonald's for always getting my order right, I come im everyday and I order a ice caramel coffee, but I always ordered my iced caramel coffee with a lot of extra shots of caramel, and they've always gotten it right, some places other McDonald's I go to does not get it right, so I really just want to say a big thank you, to the McDonald's on Southlake Drive, y'all are the best y'all give excellent experiences to your customers, thank you so very much.“

“I ordered a good bit of food on the app and received my order quickly. All of the items were in two bags (one for fries and the other with all the sandwiches) and nothing was missing as has been my experience at other locations with a fraction of items. The fries were very hot and the majority of my sandwiches had modifications which were all correct.“

“So first things first when I got here I ordered a 2 chicken sandwiches and some fries with sauce and the food tasted great. Here’s the catch though, I waited 20 minutes for my food and McDonalds is supposed to be fast most of the time and there was food all over the floor here but over all I give this like a 6/10“

“In my 53 years of life, I’ve only had two McDonald’s restaurants that truly stood out—places that felt more like family than a fast-food chain. The first was years ago on Parklane in Columbia, where the management was some of the most beautiful people you could ever meet. I never thought I’d find that feeling again… but I have.

The staff at this location have gone above and beyond, treating me not as just another customer, but like family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care make every visit feel special. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them so close to my home.

God has blessed me with a beautiful McDonald’s family, and I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know.

“We came though around lunchtime, the staff were attentive and the food came to us within 10 minutes. Everything we ordered was correct and the place was clean, all of which is more than I can say about other McDonald's locations we have been to recently. They seemed understaffed but they were still moving orders pretty fast.“
