It’s clear they take pride in making sure each one is well-prepared. The overall cleanliness of the place stood out to me too; everything was spotless, from the floors to the counters. They also had all the utensils you could possibly need, making it easy to enjoy your treat on the spot. “Tried the new hamburger it was awesome!! My mother favorite is hamburger. Went there to get a bottle of Mustard sauce and asked if she wanted to try the burger. She said it replaced her other fave burger place from the top spot! She ket me have a taste and it was delicious! Great job!“

“The customer service here is great. Every person I've encountered has great customer service skills and should be training others around. The food is pretty good although I feel it is lacking. It is not the fault of the workers though as I believe the food quality has gone down since covid.“

“First visit, and it was fabulous. I ordered it wrong and received two plates instead of one for which I paid, but after viewing and eating the first plate, I decided that I made the right choice to keep the second. I ordered the hibachi #2, but online, it says 2 chicken hibachi, which is why they thought I meant 2 plates ?. I will be ordering again, and they were so nice and pleasant. I am so glad I tried them.“

“The food is great, fresh baked bread and after 4 hrs they consider it day old so you know its always fresh, and they are gonna keep two of the best summer wraps permanently they even have lettuce wraps if you don't want a lot of carbs and if you have food allergies they take that very seriously to ensure that there is no cross contamination to your sandwich.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich that is vegetables and cheese very good.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for small kids and they have sandwiches that kids like called slims that have no condiments or veggies and they can cut it in half or thirds to make it easier for kids to eat

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a dip in the sidewalk that make it easier for a wheelchair to get in“

“This Zaxbys’s here has great service and an absolutely amazing staff Sierra and Katie were above and beyond awesome!!! The experience tonight we sat in downtown Greenville zaxbys on south church streets line for 30 mins to be told they had no chicken available. To cook for us and their grill was broken so they couldn’t make toast either. Luckily Zaxbys’s in mauldin stay open a little later then the rest. as we got there Sierra kindly took our order swiftly and promptly! My fiance spoke with her and told her about the situation at south church street she and Katie took it upon their selves to apologize for the poor service we received prior from down town Greenvilles location and even gave us free milkshakes for the inconvenience.
