“I went to to crazy mason in Pigeon Forge, and I had an amazing milkshake there. So I figured I would go to their greenville location, and by golly, was it immaculate. The wife and I got the strawberry shortcake, and our friends got the cookies and cream milkshake. The strawberry berry shortcake was a little to "crazy" for me, but the wifey loved it. Next time, I'll probably settle for a regular milkshake, but altogether, it was a great 9 out of 10 would recommend if you want to change your milkshake experience up a little bit.“

“We stopped into the Creme Shack last night before heading to a concert in Greenville, SC. What a delightful experience. We were met by Manager Sunny Patel - who guided us through the "creation" of our rolled ice cream. The ice cream is created in front of you on a freezing tabletop slab. I got the Funky Monkey which included fresh banana, chocolate, and fresh cream that is turned into ice cream. It's flattened, rolled, and then cut into 5 rolled wedges in a cup, whip cream and cookie on top.

Honestly, portion can serve two unless you're an ice cream monster. Highly recommend a visit to Creme Shack on beautiful Main Street in downtown Greenville, SC“

“We finally make it downtown to the most awesome, made on premises, candy, fudge and ice cream shop. So excited. It's literally 5:02 pm. Normal close time 10:00 pm. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 5:00 pm for an employee outing. Feeling beyond totally disappointed, we sit in the courtyard trying to get motivated to find something else to do on this beautiful day. Apparently we looked extremely sad as well, because in a few minutes an employee comes out with a Kilwins chocolate box and says she saw us looking sad and felt very bad we were so disappointed. “It was like all the others I had been to go thru the drive thru. Get a number, wait, get all our stuff, sit in the parking lot and set up the kids, and drive home in silence. All you can hear is chewing, so I take that as a good thing. So I have been their 3 times at this new location. I think their still trying to get a handle on thing. I've had a dry cheeseburger and a juicy one. I am going to go back, so either which way I never had problems not getting my order right or anything like that. I give service a 4 as well cause their a little curt when that drop off the food 2 times. This may be the person never or hurry, still not as friendly as I was used to. But all in all, it's still great food and good milkshakes. Hope to be able to change this to 5 stars later, but we will see.“
