“I went to to crazy mason in Pigeon Forge, and I had an amazing milkshake there. So I figured I would go to their greenville location, and by golly, was it immaculate. The wife and I got the strawberry shortcake, and our friends got the cookies and cream milkshake. The strawberry berry shortcake was a little to "crazy" for me, but the wifey loved it. Next time, I'll probably settle for a regular milkshake, but altogether, it was a great 9 out of 10 would recommend if you want to change your milkshake experience up a little bit.“

“We finally make it downtown to the most awesome, made on premises, candy, fudge and ice cream shop. So excited. It's literally 5:02 pm. Normal close time 10:00 pm. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 5:00 pm for an employee outing. “I visited the Crumbl in Greenville today to purchase some cookies on my way home from dinner. I must say that I was impressed with how they managed the large crowd of guests that were waiting for orders. I counted 16-19 people waiting and there were about 6 people working. Despite the constant flow of people coming in, the staff managed to consistently satisfy orders and manage the heavy flow of traffic. No one waited a long time for their order to be prepared and the crew of workers all seemed to work well together. The facility looked to be in good condition and everyone had a cheerful attitude. The most impressive part is how delicious my cookies were!“

“It was like all the others I had been to go thru the drive thru. Get a number, wait, get all our stuff, sit in the parking lot and set up the kids, and drive home in silence. All you can hear is chewing, so I take that as a good thing. So I have been their 3 times at this new location. I think their still trying to get a handle on thing. I've had a dry cheeseburger and a juicy one. I am going to go back, so either which way I never had problems not getting my order right or anything like that. I give service a 4 as well cause their a little curt when that drop off the food 2 times. This may be the person never or hurry, still not as friendly as I was used to. But all in all, it's still great food and good milkshakes. Hope to be able to change this to 5 stars later, but we will see.“
