“What a wonderful place! I was dying for a coffee, and didn't want anything expensive and watered down and this place saved my trip home! I might not have been able to stay awake without that delicious Mexican Mocha they had! Can't wait to bring my family with me next time for some frozen yogurt too! “It’s high quality ice cream, but it’s also expensive. In my opinion it’s not worth the price but it’s still the best ice cream option in town, so it’s a bit of a bind.

Their flavors are also very excessive. They have lots of unique, custom flavors. But if you’re just looking for something basic like chocolate, vanilla, mint chip, etc. it might be tricky. I could not even get plain chocolate one time when I was here.“

“We finally make it downtown to the most awesome, made on premises, candy, fudge and ice cream shop. So excited. It's literally 5:02 pm. Normal close time 10:00 pm. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 5:00 pm for an employee outing. Feeling beyond totally disappointed, we sit in the courtyard trying to get motivated to find something else to do on this beautiful day. Apparently we looked extremely sad as well, because in a few minutes an employee comes out with a Kilwins chocolate box and says she saw us looking sad and felt very bad we were so disappointed. Please take these chocolate dipped strawberries we had left over, and come back and see us soon. My goodness so many strawberries! Ripe and juicy and, of course, dipped in some of the best chocolate I've had in my life. So fortunate to have yet another great thing here, a delicious candy, fudge and ice cream shop!! “Great little FroYo place. Love that they have a Sugar Free option at all times (vanilla) and healthful toppings options. Also nice that they have a rewards program, so it is easy to earn free treats. Clean and cute/whimsical inside. They also make frozen coffees, bubble waffles, and waffle bowls/cones. Plenty of options for everyone!“

“This place is tucked away in a little strip mall, and honestly if it were out on the main road it would be busier. It really feels like you’re in another country, they make the cones fresh right in front of you, and it’s so cool to watch. We got two different kinds and both were amazing. I cheated on my diet for this, but it was definitely worth it.“

“This place is very nice! The self serve frozen yogurt was so good and so many topping options to choose from! They have a hot chocolate bar set up for the winter, it is amazing! Prices isn’t bad at all! They are very dog friendly! They have a section that sells dog collars and bandannas and more! Highly recommend!“

I am taking off two stars for two of the following issues that more or less have to do with the ownership/management. 1- Why do you not have ice water at an ice cream shop in the summer? It is hot. Your ice cream is very good, but it is also sweet (as is most ice cream). 2- You may want to invest in some pest extermination. There are too many bugs around. More than most places. If you do have an exterminator, I would politely recommend searching for a new one. They aren’t doing the job. As far as the ice cream and customer service, your team does an amazing job!“

“I recently visited Crumbl Cookies and was blown away by how delicious their cookies are! Each one is fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, and I loved trying new flavors alongside some of their classic cookies. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and it’s hard to leave without taking a box home.

However, the staff experience wasn’t as sweet as the cookies. While they got my order right, they didn’t seem very welcoming or enthusiastic, and it felt a bit rushed at the counter. A little more friendliness would have made the visit perfect.

Overall, the cookies are absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be back for the treats—they’re just that good! I hope the staff experience improves to match the quality of the cookies.“
