“It's been many years since having pizza hut, the quality of the food is just not the same anymore. The Young lady at the drive through window didn't seem happy to be working, forgot to give me part of my order so I had to return to the window a second time.“

“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. “Honestly reading some of these reviews made me sick, this spot is one of the best to eat at in spartanburg the food is amazing the customer service is great the mom, dad and daughter are all great!“

“The restaurant was short staffed on the day we went. My best friend had her birthday party there, which was scheduled weeks ahead of time, and they were not staffed for the event. The manager on duty was also the cook and the food kept coming out incorrect. I'm so happy that I only ordered wings because the party was basically over before my food came and was actually over before a few of the other guests received their food. I have heard a lot of good things about this place and I loved the bartender and some of the regulars. I will try them again in the future, but I will definitely call ahead of time to make sure that they at least have servers plus all other essential staff on duty to help make it a more pleasant dining experience.“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“I took my daughter to KPOP B.W.F. as part of our birthday adventure after catching a movie, and it was an awesome experience!

We spotted wings and cheese sticks on the menu, and that alone had us sold. The wings were a solid 8/10 with great flavor and cooked just right. The cheese sticks were even better—perfectly crispy on the outside with incredibly smooth, melty cheese inside. Paired with their marinara sauce, they were easily a 9/10!

To finish things off, we tried the 6-piece shrimp, and it did not disappoint. The shrimp was well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious.

Overall, this was one of those places that leaves a great impression. Friendly atmosphere, tasty food, and a memorable stop on our birthday outing. I'd definitely recommend checking out KPOP B.W.F. if you haven't been yet.

“I live in woodruff and we have Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, but Domino's is just the king of the pizza making. So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. It tastes right and the staff are usually pretty friendly so no complaints from me. Five star deserved“

“Stopped here on our way home from SC to TN. I have dietary restrictions so brought in my own dish but the rest of my family are there. I accidentally dropped my glass dish and pieces shattered everywhere. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, not upset at all about the extra clean up.
The only complaint is that the floors must have been cleaned with some product that made them slippery. It felt gross walking on them and I can imagine someone more imbalanced could potentially slip.
Otherwise, everything else was great, especially service!“
