“It's been many years since having pizza hut, the quality of the food is just not the same anymore. The Young lady at the drive through window didn't seem happy to be working, forgot to give me part of my order so I had to return to the window a second time.“

“I ordered a pizza this evening, and due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, our pizza ended up sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour before anyone came to pick it up. Totally our fault. I called to apologize, explain what happened, and check to see if the pizza was still there. They checked and said it was, so I headed over to grab it. When I arrived, a gentleman (I’m assuming the manager) asked if I would like them to remake the pizza. I told him no because the mix-up was completely my fault. He said he wouldn’t be happy paying $25 for a cold pizza and insisted on making us a fresh one. I even offered to pay for the new pizza, but he said, “That’s not the type of business we run.” Within about 10 minutes, they had a fresh pizza ready for me and they still gave me the original one too. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and the situation was entirely on us, but they went out of their way to make sure we left with good quality food. That kind of service really means a lot. I almost don’t even want to post this because I’m trying to gatekeep this place 😭 but credit where it’s due…
Pulled up to K-pop and the parking lot was EMPTY… employee outside smoking a cigarette… and I already knew the food was about to go crazy 😂
Walked in, had the whole place to ourselves (perfect), and Nikki at the register was cool as hell — super friendly, made us feel right at home.
Now the food… we went overboard on purpose:
Crispy fish sandwiches loaded with lettuce, tomato, and onion (perfect ratio too) on soft buns
Seasoned fries that disappeared immediately
Wings two ways — sauced and dusted, both hitting hard
Extra sauces because why not
Everything was hot, fresh, and way better than expected. We fully planned to have leftovers… didn’t happen. Plates CLEAN.
Honestly don’t know how this place isn’t packed, but I’m not complaining 😂

“Being a retired military family with kids is tight we asked if they had a military discount before we even ordered any food . The server was nice and looked at the military ID and saw and informed us it was a 10% discount the food was amazing….. Well when we got the check and paid and asked her about the discount she said … ohhh no I didn’t put that on there I’m so sorry …. Money is tight and the bill was about $130 with a tip … we hardly go out and treat ourselves with the prices nowadays so if your military aswell or retired just make sure to bring up the discount again before handing your card like we did“

“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“Fast service, good food, clean establishment. They had what I wanted, cooked it fast, and had me on my way with a delicious pizza. Decent price. Ordered the best most awesome pizza. 2 lt drinks were a little pricey but they were cold. Also they do not provide cups so I had to ask another restaurant across the street for cups. Overall great experience.“

“I live in woodruff and we have Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, but Domino's is just the king of the pizza making. So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. It tastes right and the staff are usually pretty friendly so no complaints from me. Five star deserved“

“Loved the vibe when I walked in, very creative scenery and my food was good“

“Stopped here on our way home from SC to TN. I have dietary restrictions so brought in my own dish but the rest of my family are there. I accidentally dropped my glass dish and pieces shattered everywhere. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, not upset at all about the extra clean up.
The only complaint is that the floors must have been cleaned with some product that made them slippery. It felt gross walking on them and I can imagine someone more imbalanced could potentially slip.
Otherwise, everything else was great, especially service!“
