“I’m leaving this review all because of their employee Cassie! one of the more embarrassing moments of my life my car completely broke down at the drive thru window with a line of cars behind me all blocked in by a divider. Without hesitation this gem of a human dropped what she was doing to not only bring my coffee outside but to help me push my car and waited till it got jumped. To show such kindness and provide laughter in a moment like that is rare to see today. I frequent this location every chance I get now and always laugh when I pull through the drive thru and she greats me asking about the car!!! Thank you again Cassie for helping me laugh during one of the worst weeks I ever had!“

She remembered our names the second day we went there and had our cups ready with our names and drink on them when she knew we were coming back the third day!! Coming from customer service you don’t find many people like that anymore who go above and beyond to make you feel special!! She should def be recognized for her hospitality and friendliness!!“
