I'm not an icecream gal but I got the hot fudge cake Sunday and I ate nearly every bite!! My kids LOVED the pretty cotton candy flavor. The icecream was so fresh and creamy! “I love your manager. What an awesome guy! My daughter had a birthday party at 810 Bowling in North Myrtle Beach. I wanted something different and more special than a birthday cake. I got in touch with the staff at Crazy Mason and ordered 10 shakes to be ready at a certain time. All were so helpful and every single shake came out absolutely perfect. I was so impressed with their efficiency, especially with a line that never ended! The kids were so excited-hard to excite a bunch of teenagers, but they LOVED their surprise shakes!!!! But it was soooooo good, my husband and I bickered over who got the last bite. Definitely going back again and getting my own to NOT share. I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere, while the branding and theme is well thought out, the location is small so it can get a little too crowded in there.“

Like, no joke. This location goes above and beyond!

So, around a *year* ago, I got a box of cookies from Crumbl. Unfortunately, it turns out the ants in my house love delicious cookies too and invaded my box.

I emailed the store and they were really generous. Even though the ant issue was 100% my fault and not theirs, they still valued my experience and told me the next time I came in they'd give me a free box!

I happen to come across a string of bad luck shortly after that and wasn't able to take them up on it. I lost my car and more...

One night, I remembered the offer of a free box of cookies and decided to ride my bike to the store and see if they'd still honor it. Just as I got there, they locked to door (lol). They were kind and let me in anyway, and I honestly felt embarrassed asking to honor a free coupon from a year ago especially since they were closing.

They were so kind and told me I wasn't causing them any discomfort. They understood that life got hard for me and they still wanted me to have a good experience even if it was a year later.

Like, wow. They really cared a lot about me as an individual. They had no obligation to do any of the things they did to make my experience better. I ruined my cookies, I forgot about the free coupon for a year, I showed up as they were closing. They did absolutely nothing wrong, yet did everything they could to make things right for me.

“Love going to Ocean Bay Creamery!! Every time my wife and I are in Myrtle Beach we stop in. We love the flavor of the ice cream. It's got a really nice creaminess to it. Cookie Monster is my favorite. The chocolate chip cookies with the Oreos are the best. My wife got the raspberry soft serve and that was delicious too. You really get a ton of raspberry flavor in it. The staff is also all super friendly and nice. Definitely stop in if you want some great ice cream“

“We had a Rita’s Italian Ice back in Pennsylvania when I was growing up, but we don’t have one in North Carolina—so it was a great surprise to see one while on vacation down here. As soon as I saw the sign, I knew we had to stop. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything was. The floors were spotless, the counters were wiped down, and the place smelled fresh. It really made me feel like they care about keeping the store nice for their customers. The staff were also super friendly. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and didn’t rush me while I looked at all the different flavors. When I asked for a recommendation, the worker was patient and even offered me a sample to help me decide. That made me feel welcome and comfortable. I got the Swedish Fish flavor with custard—it’s my absolute favorite—and it did not disappoint! It was sweet, smooth, and tasted just like the candy. It brought back so many good memories from when I used to go as a kid. Overall, I’d give Rita’s a 10 out of 10. If you're looking for a tasty dessert and a friendly place to hang out, this is a great spot to try.“

“I’m old enough to remember the old Putt-Putt courses. This place is Putt-Putt on steroids. Both courses were in exceptional condition. Extremely clean!!! My 4some played it today and it wasn’t that busy. Surely this place attracts many tourists and rightfully so. They graciously offer locals, seniors and military discounts. The only reason I’m giving it 4 Stars is young ladies at the front desk. They weren’t very welcoming and I didn’t feel as if my patronage really mattered. I work part time at a local golf course and we take TREMENDOUS pride in providing outstanding customer service — this is something management needs to address.“
