I haven’t seen her level of professionalism, patience and kindness since I can remember and I’m talking about in any service industry. Cannot remember the last time I was so pleasantly pleased with a McDonald's. Wish this one was in Colorado Springs.“

“I'm happy this location stays open late because our day was super long. We really didn't have options on a Sunday night. It was way too late cook when getting home and the time was after midnight. We had a very awesome experience. We weren't rushed or treated like an inconvenience. We love tacos, and where else can find you dorito taco shells.....haha. The food was consistently prepared in comparison to our previous visits. Our dog enjoyed a taco as well. This is not something we do often, it is extremely special when we do. It was very nice that we were even provided feedback on menu items that might work for him. The world is fast, fast food is expected to be fast. What is rare is experiences where those who work anywhere seem happy to ensure you get a good experience and smile. Very cool indeed.“
