“This is my go-to subway in aiken as usual I ordered my Italian footlong not only was the sub at its finest to perfection the staff are always upbeat and attentive to your order they provide a great atmosphere to dine in and eat,my sub was perfect and the staff are amazing and welcoming, cheers to the staff and the manager great team they have,ill see you guys soon thx you subway staff/team awesome as always 👍 best subway in aiken hands down“

“walked in got almost to the restroom, ,no hello, so I said hey y'all, ordered three sandwiches and didn't realize that they heat them up, no asking, they just did it, got home to eat, veggies were chopped instead of sliced, I wanted a Cold Sandwich in this heat, but got a Hot one instead, it was so Nasty, don't think I'll ever be returning again, Also the bottom of my bread was soggy 😭“

“Zaquaisha (that’s the name on my receipt) took my family’s order today and she was slammed with customers and it seemed like she had very little staff. I haven’t seen her level of professionalism, patience and kindness since I can remember and I’m talking about in any service industry. Whatever you are paying her, I can assure you, it’s not enough.“

“Would be 5 stars if I could just get the pickle i ordered. I made the mistake of asking for 2 pickles on the app and when i picked it up it had only 1 of a comically small pickle. Like an appetizer weenie style pickle size. Thought it was a mistake since i order from here once a week and tried again the next week. Same thing: ordered two pickles get 1 comically small pickle as if to tell me I will be punished for ordering more than one pickle.. really strange.. now I can't even get a pickle on the side when I order my hook and ladder. I thought I was being paranoid and cranky but it turns out this firehouse is run by immature children instead.“

“Antoinette (I know im spelling that wrong and I'm so sorry) is the new GM. She is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, and courteous. She is exactly what i would want in a general manager to turn this place around as the customer service has been awful. Drive thru worker who was working the headset and my payment today at 3pm on 01/27/25 messed up so much and was rude and mean. The new GM fixed it all and was apologetic and wonderful. I have full faith she will be able to fix this place and it's terrible customer service!“

“This is a great place until after 5pm. Then it’s slow and a long wait and customer service goes straight out the window. Cashiers be very rude with an attitude. If you dnt like your job quit. Donot ruin my experience because you hate your job.“

“The $1.99 menu is one of the best things that have happened to my stomach. I fear I visit Sonic at least three times a week. The Sonic app ensures an easy ordering process, smooth pickup, and special deals. My favorite drink is the Twisted Flamingo drink (a digital, app exclusive).“
