The tables were dirty. There was not anyone taking time to clean up the tables for seating.
This is actually the best tasting chipotle in the area. However, they don't have things made by the time it opens for lunch. I'm not asking for the moon, just my bowl with all the ingredients. The nighttime and weekend staff seems fantastic and I haven't had an issue at those times but the girl in the mornings....
reply to me when you've fixed the beginning of the day management/personnel issue and I'll give it another try for lunch. I'll change my review too!

This is a great location now that they have everything figured out. Dee was our server and she was amazing! It was the best service at a Chipotle I’ve ever received! Propers to her!

This Chipotle Mexican Grill location is highly regarded for its consistent quality and friendly service. Customers often praise the staff, with one server receiving special mention for providing the best service ever, and another employee making guests feel welcome with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The food is frequently described as fresh, with one reviewer noting that their guacamole tastes like it was just made. Many customers drive from nearby areas, believing this is the best Chipotle in the Charleston region, and they appreciate the great work of the team. The meals, including popular options like bowls, are made perfectly and look and smell delicious. Despite the generally positive experiences, some minor issues are mentioned, such as not always receiving a cup with fountain drinks or getting only one sauce when ordering multiple items, which could be improved. Overall, visitors consistently find this location to be a great place to enjoy good food with friendly service, making it a highly recommended spot for fans of Chipotle.
