The chicken no longer tastes like it did a year ago. The honey biscuit was hard. The apple pies are still as good as they have been for years. The shift lead was very rude and condescending to the person who took my order, who was very pleasant.They no longer offer any eat in service.
One of the most critically acclaimed restaurants for fried chicken which continues to deteriorate in terms of both quality and service. They never have the full menu items and seem to never care that they disappoint. You never know when the chicken will be good or not, or if the grease will be old or not. Just disappointing

The service wasn't any good at all. I had ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal at the drive thru. I paid went to my friend's house to eat only to find out that I didn't even get the side that I asked for. After driving back to the establishment I had to explain to the employee that I didn't get on my food.
