Great location. Makes the one back towards home feel second tier. The staff was great. The food was hot and fresh. The location was clean. Can't go wrong.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences, with some customers enjoying their meals and others noting issues. The Cobb salad was really good, and a big Zac snack meal, large fries, garlic parm traditional wings, and Nashville hot wings were ordered. However, the wings were dry and hard, and tasted like dog food. Chicken in a wrap was good, but there was too much cabbage, and the slaw was inedible. Chicken strips were okay. One visit had 2 trays, both with tenders, 1 with bone in wings and the other with boneless, and both trays were perfect, prepared as the customer walked up to assure warmest temperature. Staff remembered a name. A family of 5 had a fresh and expedient order, with staff in gear, and the app and $5 off coupon were easily used. The new format has plenty of parking, but you have to loop behind it to get in. Drink dispenser and booths were clean. However, one big Zac snack meal came with 2 small chicken tenders instead of 3, and a Lg. Coke instead of a Lg. Tea and a Lg. Dr.Pepper. There were no napkins, and the restroom paper towel was needed. Customer service was OK, but the guys in the back looked dirty, with their hair and facial hair. Uncleanliness may keep some from returning.
