Without a doubt, one of the best Chick-fil-A's in the Nation! Wonderful staff and great service - yes I know that is the norm at most every Chick-fil-A - but this place is special. I always enjoy the opportunity to stop here on my travels. Great place and great food!“

“Shout out to Princess Ansley at the Powdersville location. I had a minor issue with my order about four days ago. I called the store Ansley took my information and said they would make it right. A few days passed I finally made it back to the store today. I gave my name to another sweet girl at the window. Just so happen Ansley was at work and came to the window long story short she was polite just like she was when I called about my order being incorrect. Even the gentleman who brought my food to the car was super polite. I see alot of bad reviews for this location. Cleary those people are gone.the crew now is amazing. “I came on Tuesday night around closing time. There was a customer slamming doors, cussing and acting like a fool in the driveway through line. The employees were kind, doing the best they could and handled it very well. Considering we are in the middle of a natural disaster and they came to work anyways, great job under difficult circumstances.“

Furthermore I believe you can get mangonadas from the supermarket down the road but I'm going to do a review for them too because they have my purple flowers. That's actually collateral for the $10 I owe them because they spotted me on a mangonada and vanilla wafers.

Good luck getting such treatment from your own family but sometimes you will find family in strangers.

“Well, first of all I got drive thru so there wasn't an atmosphere. My biggest issue is every time i come we never get our food at the drive thru window. They always make me and the people in front of me move up. So, I thought well maybe they are cooking me fresh potato cakes but when i get home about 7 minutes later they are cold. I don't understand what the problem is.“

The location was perfect right near the hospital and it was easy to find

The parking lot had plenty of room with handicapped spots right near the door

The dining room was clean, you might take in a jacket or sweater as it's a bit chilly but that sure feels better than when a restaurant is warm ?

I am beyond grateful for the kindness shown to me that late evening by their staff.

“Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.“

“This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.

The first delivery driver came and left not wanting to wait for my food to be ready so Hardee's had to get another delivery driver. I said I'm glad your making my meal because the other guy making the food for the drive thru was using the register and touching everything and making food and this wasn't the first time I've seen him do so then he said something to me and it wasn't really nothing bad, but I could tell he was frustrated went today the same clean guy apologized while making my meal and he really didn't say anything wrong I told him so. “Extremely fast, exceptionally good. Sometimes the folks working get things wrong, but it's normally due to the volume of orders and pace of work and not because they don't care. If you aren't satisfied you can always call the number on their cups and get a refund. I'd stop here over McDonalds or the like any day; plus they have extended working hours and it's good for a late night snack.“
