Without a doubt, one of the best Chick-fil-A's in the Nation! Wonderful staff and great service - yes I know that is the norm at most every Chick-fil-A - but this place is special. I always enjoy the opportunity to stop here on my travels. Great place and great food!“

“This JM's location is so hit or miss on quality depending on how busy they are and who is working. Mostly staffed by local kids, some take pride in their work and some could give less of a $h1t and that attitude definitely is reflected in how good your sandwich is.“

“Shout out to Princess Ansley at the Powdersville location. I had a minor issue with my order about four days ago. I called the store Ansley took my information and said they would make it right. A few days passed I finally made it back to the store today. I gave my name to another sweet girl at the window. Just so happen Ansley was at work and came to the window long story short she was polite just like she was when I called about my order being incorrect. Even the gentleman who brought my food to the car was super polite. I see alot of bad reviews for this location. Cleary those people are gone.the crew now is amazing. “I brought my one year old here for a quick lunch, and all the employees were so friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back. The drive through is always good, but we really enjoyed dining in at this location!

Kid-friendliness: Employees were super helpful when they saw I was carrying a toddler and pregnant. They have a kids menu, clean high chairs, and a small play area.“

“I came on Tuesday night around closing time. There was a customer slamming doors, cussing and acting like a fool in the driveway through line. The employees were kind, doing the best they could and handled it very well. Considering we are in the middle of a natural disaster and they came to work anyways, great job under difficult circumstances.“

“Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.“

The food was totally worth it tastes great didn’t disappoint the green salsa is perfect had a little kick, the horchata was good but overall it’s worth giving this place a chance. We ordered tacos, burrito and sopes my kids actually ate it they followed instructions well I will return next time“

The location was perfect right near the hospital and it was easy to find

The parking lot had plenty of room with handicapped spots right near the door

The dining room was clean, you might take in a jacket or sweater as it's a bit chilly but that sure feels better than when a restaurant is warm ?

I am beyond grateful for the kindness shown to me that late evening by their staff.

“Well, first of all I got drive thru so there wasn't an atmosphere. My biggest issue is every time i come we never get our food at the drive thru window. They always make me and the people in front of me move up. So, I thought well maybe they are cooking me fresh potato cakes but when i get home about 7 minutes later they are cold. I don't understand what the problem is.“

“Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.“

“So I don't eat at Jersey Mikes too often, maybe a sub every two to three weeks, but the franchises owned by the same person in this area are all consistently good. A particular shoutout to this location. Always clean, fresh, consistent, exactly what I ordered and served with a smile. “Went there today to start off they have absolutely the best store manager. I've seen or met in any fast food restaurants in the Powdersville area. I'm a regular customer I was there about 3 weeks ago, there was a young man that was really working hard and looked to be working harder than everyone else he took my order washed his hands put on fresh gloves. I said I'm glad your making my meal because the other guy making the food for the drive thru was using the register and touching everything and making food and this wasn't the first time I've seen him do so then he said something to me and it wasn't really nothing bad, but I could tell he was frustrated went today the same clean guy apologized while making my meal and he really didn't say anything wrong I told him so. Thought to myself. Great guy right there and an employee. He should be a shift manager, and I could see him having his own store one day if he wants to go that route 👍“

“Extremely fast, exceptionally good. Sometimes the folks working get things wrong, but it's normally due to the volume of orders and pace of work and not because they don't care. If you aren't satisfied you can always call the number on their cups and get a refund. I'd stop here over McDonalds or the like any day; plus they have extended working hours and it's good for a late night snack.“
