“I love this chick fil a. It’s only 5 mins from my house and the food is always fresh and hot. People are friendly and they have pup cups! I noticed some in the area have stopped serving pup cups or give out smaller ones. This means so much considering my dog has cancer and doesn’t have much time left. Taking a chick fil a trip is one of his favorite activities since he’s slowed down a lot. Thanks to everyone there for fostering a well rounded business!“

“Shout out to Princess Ansley at the Powdersville location. I had a minor issue with my order about four days ago. I called the store Ansley took my information and said they would make it right. A few days passed I finally made it back to the store today. I gave my name to another sweet girl at the window. Just so happen Ansley was at work and came to the window long story short she was polite just like she was when I called about my order being incorrect. Even the gentleman who brought my food to the car was super polite. I see alot of bad reviews for this location. Cleary those people are gone.the crew now is amazing. If I was A millionaire I would sponsor this company for that quesadillas alone. Although there tortas are extremely good.

Furthermore I believe you can get mangonadas from the supermarket down the road but I'm going to do a review for them too because they have my purple flowers. That's actually collateral for the $10 I owe them because they spotted me on a mangonada and vanilla wafers.

Good luck getting such treatment from your own family but sometimes you will find family in strangers.

“Well, first of all I got drive thru so there wasn't an atmosphere. My biggest issue is every time i come we never get our food at the drive thru window. They always make me and the people in front of me move up. So, I thought well maybe they are cooking me fresh potato cakes but when i get home about 7 minutes later they are cold. The value for the meal was very good. Can you beat $1 for a dessert ?

The location was perfect right near the hospital and it was easy to find

The parking lot had plenty of room with handicapped spots right near the door

The dining room was clean, you might take in a jacket or sweater as it's a bit chilly but that sure feels better than when a restaurant is warm ?

I am beyond grateful for the kindness shown to me that late evening by their staff.

“Extremely fast, exceptionally good. Sometimes the folks working get things wrong, but it's normally due to the volume of orders and pace of work and not because they don't care. If you aren't satisfied you can always call the number on their cups and get a refund. I'd stop here over McDonalds or the like any day; plus they have extended working hours and it's good for a late night snack.“

Having lived IN Philly for 20-years, I’ve had the Best! Key critical is the bread… so, the great Philly Bread Debate between Amoroso’s, Liscio’s, and Aversa’s comes to GVL. Notwithstanding, THE one bakery that reigns supreme in Philly is Sarcone’s on 9th St. in South Philly, but I digress. It must be noted, TBR tries hard here by importing Liscio’s hoagie roll’s, although not my favorite. My roll could def have been fresher. Next, the price point is on the higher side (~$20 w/tax), particularly given the sandwich is on the smaller side). The texture of the steak itself was somewhat soupy (as though it was steamed or boiled, not grill fried), and iit lacked real flavor. Would I say it is better than most available in and around GVL… Yes, if they would either lower the price or increase the amount of steak). Would I call it authentic or rate it on a level with Harry’s… Nope! Like I said, I really wanted to love this place because I live downtown. I will try some of their other menu items, but for Cheesesteaks going forward, I’ll have to jump in the car to see the good folks over at Harry’s in Overbrook!“

“Took a co-worker to this location today. She had not been to LJS in a long time. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in a long time. A young man named Emmanuel greeted us with a smile, and was attentive to our needs throughout our meal. He treated us like we were dining in a full service restaurant. “Went there today to start off they have absolutely the best store manager. I've seen or met in any fast food restaurants in the Powdersville area. I'm a regular customer I was there about 3 weeks ago, there was a young man that was really working hard and looked to be working harder than everyone else he took my order washed his hands put on fresh gloves. I said I'm glad your making my meal because the other guy making the food for the drive thru was using the register and touching everything and making food and this wasn't the first time I've seen him do so then he said something to me and it wasn't really nothing bad, but I could tell he was frustrated went today the same clean guy apologized while making my meal and he really didn't say anything wrong I told him so. Thought to myself. Great guy right there and an employee. He should be a shift manager, and I could see him having his own store one day if he wants to go that route 👍“

“I ordered from my Hardee's App last night which was April 23. I ordered 4 Double cheeseburger add Bacon large meal deals for delivery. The first delivery driver came and left not wanting to wait for my food to be ready so Hardee's had to get another delivery driver. I was worried my frys would be cold so I called and the gentleman said he would make sure they would be hot for me. I wish I knew that man's name so I could give him the credit for doing what he said he would do. The food was delicious and fresh. Thank you.“

“I had not been to Taco Bell in a long time, so I did not expect much when my daughter suggested Taco Bell for a late night take out. I was blown away not only by the variety of choices now avaliable but also the taste. It was good! And the drink choices are mind blowing. The dragon freeze is now a family favorite. “I went through the drive through. As I pulled up I asked if we could come to the window. They didn't mind, ( I've had some experiences where other restaurants get irritated) I Expressed that we haven't eaten at Bojangles in years. I showed a picture of wings that I guess were a limited time. And explain that my son had autism and I just wanted to make sure that he would eat them. The lady at the window was more than happy to help. She showed us what one of the wings look like that they did have. And my son said that he would eat it. She also helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the bo chicken bites meal, Cajun biscuit meal, and a the three-wing meal for my son. Once we got home we tried Bojangles for the very first time in years. My son tried it for the very first time in his life. He demolished the chicken wings. The bo bites were cooked perfect. They had plenty of meat in them, I am very pleased. My husband said that he loved the Cajun biscuit. The mac and cheese was a bit dry. But it was more moist than most places weve ate at. I'd say right up under Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese. ( But that could just be because we stopped by at 8:00 p.m.). So I want to say thank you to the lady at the window and to the staff for being patient with us. And showing hospitality. Although it may not mean much, they made our family's night. 💯“
