“11-20-24 round 10am, my visit was exceptionally positive. Cat was the cashier, she was friendly and pleasant, we need more ppl like her.
The others could take some notes, lol but they were overall ok and busy duringmy visit.
Food was hot and fresh. Store was clean. Thanks yall great job“

“I haven't been to the Arby's in Newberry in a very long time because the drive-thru people were so rude and, frankly, slack...until this evening. The young man at the drive-thru was so personable, friendly and efficient. The food was so much better, hot and fresh. Couldn't have been any better. Will be back.“

Was super busy but so attentive to everyone around her including staff and customers with having excellent customer service skills. The wait is worth the food! And I would maybe do it again because it delivered on all the chick fil a points but it was just weird. Would have been nice if the google listing of it would have specified or the pictures would have been more accurate“

“the kickin it chicken would be really good if you didn't overgrill the bread it comes on.. i'd say over half the times i've had it (across multiple zaxby's locations, too) the bread has been pretty much burned, at least around the edges.. then the lady cleaning while i was there last did a good job in the dining area, but that seemed to be the only area she kept put in.. there was a significant (water) spill in the men's bathroom that remained for the entire length of time i was there (washed hands before eating, then had to use it shortly before i left.. and then this is more for restaurants/businesses in general, but especially restaurants, because of the exposure to food, we need to get away from using these really cheap cleaning products.. i know everyone is so concerned (unfortunately, btw) about cleanliness since covid, but to have that floating around the air while you're eating and your food is exposed to it, is not healthy, either.. we're just trading one problem for another by doing that :(.. i do like your food, and experience, overall, it's just if these changes could be made, both would become really excellent!! thank you“
