“The food was hot but definitely not fresh. The staff ignored me until i asked would someone take my order cause the online ordering is not working. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Update now they reply with we glad you enjoyed your experience and im like no i didn't who wants to wait that long for food.“

Ordered 12 strip family meal; received 10. Called to explain and they can’t help. The ideal solution would be to refund the difference, but they’re not willing to provide that kind of customer service.“
