“Went Thanksgiving night after looking at Christmas lights. Poor Mackenzie was working alone and had been most of the day. Don’t be fooled by that statement because she was killing it! She took our order, cooked it and bagged it up all with a smile (a tired smile but a beautiful smile) - did I mention she’s pregnant? I sincerely hope that she sees this and just as important - her supervisors do - she’s amazing!!!”

“Stopped here on our way home from SC to TN. I have dietary restrictions so brought in my own dish but the rest of my family are there. I accidentally dropped my glass dish and pieces shattered everywhere. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, not upset at all about the extra clean up.
The only complaint is that the floors must have been cleaned with some product that made them slippery. It felt gross walking on them and I can imagine someone more imbalanced could potentially slip.
Otherwise, everything else was great, especially service!”

“Big shout out to Latonya, Christy, and Jazz at this location. These ladies absolutely killed the customer service game tonight!!! Big rush of customers and things happening with the fryer but every one of them never had a frustrated attitude. Constantly apologized for the delay and we're soo nice!! I am not the biggest Taco Bell lover as it's not my favorite food. But my husband can eat Taco Bell everyday if he could. Every time we go to this location the staff are nice, dinning room is clean, bathrooms are clean, and never have anything wrong with our order. Everything is always there and if any modification has been made to an item all modifications are met. Best Taco Bell ive ever been too!!! Keep it up ladies!!! Yall are amazing!!!!”

“I ate here a couple nights ago and it was perfect. Best impossible whopper I’ve had at any Burger King ever. It was cooked well, the veggies were perfect, bun was perfect. The sandwiches even looked how they do in the photos on the menu. My wife and I ate in silence, awestruck at how good it was.”

“Wow quality of food has improved so much since we were last here. Had lunch my $19 express chicken schnitzel was delicious and perfect portion. My husband got the $25 steak which was cooked just the way he liked. Staff were friendly and we had great service. Only small downfall was the coke was terrible. Highly recommended.”

“renee was amazing we stopped in spartanburg overnight while we drive to SC from florida and the accommodations she made for a 7 top and a dog was very gracious. She even brought my daughter an extra side of mac n cheese when it wasn’t on the menu. was sad to hear it was her last night but she made it a great one with us ! “I have always enjoyed coming to Mon Amie and have highly recommended it to dozens of people. My early birthday breakfast with my cousin was nothing short of amazing until we were very rudely interrupted by the hostess. She proceeded to ask us about our meal as if she really cared, then very abruptly told us to basically leave because there was a party outside with a baby that needed to be seated because of the very cold weather. I love babies and while I hate to think of it being exposed to cold weather, that's not our problem. My cousin drove an hour to eat with me and we were treated as if their discomfort was our emergency and we needed to act accordingly. This was my cousin's very first experience in this restaurant and probably her last! Our dining experience matters just as much as the next person's, please do better! I want to stress the fact that we were not asked nicely, we were told. Demanded if you will! And yes we are black and they weren't! When I spotted the family with the baby I could see that they were sitting directly beside the heat lamp on the patio and they seem to be enjoying conversation amongst each other, so it was definitely the hostess that did everything besides basically push us out the door! Needless to say we moved on before we were ready to because we will not be where we aren't wanted!”
