“Im actually shocked this place has a 4.1 because it’s actually really good! The tenders are fresh and the fries are popping and the shakes or BANGIN!!!!!!! This place should at least be a 4.5. “We had a family occasion to visit Madison's a few weeks ago with a party of six. We had reservations and the meal had been planned for a while. When the food arrived, we (most of us) were astonished at the small size of a combination platter. I personally had scallops and flounder. I had two TINY strips of flounder, not even the size of a frozen fish stick. What a disappointment. The scallops were also 'marble' size. The price of the meal, with an adult beverage, was over 70.00. The cost nowhere represented what the meal should have been. One of our couples asked if the combination platter was enough to split. The server's answer was "they could eat one of them by themselves." This should have been our warning. Very disappointed in the meal. I have had appetizers larger the two tiny slices of flounder. We return to Beaufort on occasions, as family lives there, but we will NOT return to Madison's.“
