When they first opened the staff used to greet you as you entered the door and were always very pleasant and friendly, however the last few times we've been in we almost felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by being there Even though they did not appear to be busy either time. While they were still courteous, the smiles and friendliness were missing. It seems so many places have come to this since quarantine. Either they are short staffed, or the staff doesn't enjoy working, and many customers have just gotten ruder too, so and their defense, it's hard to keep smiling and be friendly when you are stressed out and not happy.“
