“It was like all the others I had been to go thru the drive thru. Get a number, wait, get all our stuff, sit in the parking lot and set up the kids, and drive home in silence. All you can hear is chewing, so I take that as a good thing. So I have been their 3 times at this new location. I think their still trying to get a handle on thing. I've had a dry cheeseburger and a juicy one. I am going to go back, so either which way I never had problems not getting my order right or anything like that. I give service a 4 as well cause their a little curt when that drop off the food 2 times. This may be the person never or hurry, still not as friendly as I was used to. But all in all, it's still great food and good milkshakes. Hope to be able to change this to 5 stars later, but we will see.“

“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“Went to this Arby's in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene as places got power and were opening up. The staff, who had gone through the same storm us customers did, were quick, efficient, and most of all friendly. It was a welcome relief to get a good bite to eat from a friendly place. The staff of Arby's in Simpsonville, SC all deserve a huge round of applause and a raise. Thank you.“

“I just wanted to share that the drive-thru cashier is such an angel. His name is Stephen B. He is always so kind and makes you feel seen. Not to mention he has a wonderful smile. I was in a sad mood coming in the drive-thru and he was so nice and happy that it literally perked me up and I forgot what I was upset about in that moment. I've been to this location several times, and he is literally always a joy to have at this place. So kudos to you Stephen B. Thank you and God bless you. “Ordered delivery this evening and my food was hot and delicious. Driver arrived on time, he was polite and courteous. Had the supreme pan pizza and lemon pepper wings. Food was made to perfection and the wings were amazing! Wings tasted better than Wingstop. Perfect size, perfect amount of seasoning and fried nicely. I called up to the restaurant and spoke with Kathy to express my gratitude. She was professional, polite and appreciative.

“I would to give a big shout out to the staff that worked last night 8/23/24. I noticed I didn't have my wallet at next stop. called them n they said Noone turned one in. I called back n asked can you look by the pop machine maybe left it by there he said sorry just cleaned around the area n nothing. I said I was parked just outside door on pop machine side. he looked out window n didn't see anything. I gave my number n not even 10 minutes later they called back n said they found it. someone went outside and looked in my parking spot n there it sat. 2 hours later still sitting there. big thank you guys who went out n looked for me. it's just a small square key chain wallet so small small small. hey guys I can't thank you enough. oh and thank you Lord for guarding it safe that not one picked it up n pocked it. have a great weekend everyone“

“Young kids working have attitude when they mess up your order and then you ask them to remake your sandwich because they messed your order up. Establishment not very clean also. There were flies flying all over lettuce and tomatoes, salt & pepper shakers. They didn't care about cleaning them or washing them off as long as you didn't say nothing to them about it they don't care what they give you. It's just a job to them....no worries.“

“LOVE Firehouse!! No other sandwich shop compares. I normally get the smokehouse brisket and cheddar or the hook and ladder. But in honor of national meatball day, I tried the meatball sub. It was really good. Could probably use some more marinara sauce or some oil, but it's still a very good sandwich.“
