“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“So my Terminal Manager had ordered all vegetable plate from this place. Me being curious, I said, let me go. Try it before I go home. I ordered the oxtail plate, the hotdog plate and the fried chicken plate. My sides consisted of macaroni cheese, collard greens, okra, green beans, and sweetcorn. When I tell you, I am very critical restaurants because I am a big foodie. Listen to me and listen to me well everything that was on those place were delicious! Do you hear me? Delicious! Everything! I need to know who mama is back there cooking because she put a foot arm and everything else into this food! Even the strawberry cake was good. Due to the fact that I’m trying to lose weight I’ll have to come here once a week. Lol. Good job!!. There should be a line out the door.

Update: I went back the next day and I was too disappointed. I ordered $95 worth of food. One of the plates consisted of oxtails. The young lady told me they only had enough for one plate since I asked for two oxtails plates. The audacity of the cook and the lady who checked the plates and put it in the bag with a straight face. I try my best to support my people… this was diabolical.“

“We had a wonderful server who provided quick and accurate service to a party of 14-15 people by herself. The food was excellent. This was my first visit here. I will definitly be back.“

“5 stars! I was expecting a long line and wait time due to the virus going around and there being no dine in. Even with a line around the building, they got me through the line and my order within 10 minutes. I’m so thankful for everyone up there working, even in times like these. “Fast service, good food, clean establishment. They had what I wanted, cooked it fast, and had me on my way with a delicious pizza. Decent price. Ordered the best most awesome pizza. 2 lt drinks were a little pricey but they were cold. Also they do not provide cups so I had to ask another restaurant across the street for cups. Overall great experience.“

“Really enjoy Zaxby's food. Today I ordered a salad along with other food and went to a park with my kids to enjoy the food there. When I was ready to enjoy my salad I couldn't find the fork anywhere. Turns out I never got one. That was a bummer, so I had to eat the salad with my fingers. My wife and I drove down from Asheville just to get out.. we both were hungry so I told her to find a place to eat.. she picked Smokin Wings.. very good decision.. the wings were perfectly cooked.. and delicious.. next time we take our little trip out and we go to Spartanburg... Smokin wings will be our eatery stop...“

“it was our first visit for the buffet and there wasn't much of a variety and the food looked like it had been there awhile. then we took a bite and it all had a sour taste to it. there was also others complaining about the same sour taste. the tea even tasted old. we did get our money back. I just had we had such a horrible first visit. I pray it gets better.“

“The employee at the window was super friendly and made my experience great! I ordered a lunch combo (1/2 a deep dish pepperoni pizza and 20oz drink) the pizza was hot and ready and the soda was literally ice cold, like had a little bit of frozen parts inside, which for a soda drinker is HEAVEN.
